Last year when me and my partner rendered services through Hotel.com web page.Honestly say,lot of improvement required by management people to make it more effective.Accomodation did not find as per our expectations. Before Hotel entry I realized there is some communication issues among the hotel executive.Also quality of accommodation and arrangements not found up to the mark.No doubt package was discounted but this shouldn't be enough reason to compromise in quality. Over all I can say mentally we were no so relaxed during the stay .Even a 3 star hotel provided luxury accommodation and familiar support to customers as I have seen many times. So need some improvement.
