    Music festival experience

    The music festival was absolutely amazing for me and my buddies. The lineup was killer, and the vibes were off the charts. We really loved the headliner's show and how they got everyone hyped. The venue was big and had all the stuff we needed, so we could easily check out all the stages. But man, the lack of transportation to and from the festival was a real pain, especially for folks staying close by. It would be awesome if they could set up better transportation for next time, and maybe throw in some extra things to do in between sets to keep us all entertained.

    My purchase was a shirt and jeans.

    Yeah, so I got this shirt and jeans online, and when they came they were way too big. I reached out to the company, and they said I'd have my refund by the end of July. But now it's August and I still haven't seen anything. Anyone else run into this issue?

    Weekend festival purchase

    My experience ordering from Pollen was pretty good overall. They had a lot of options for things to do and try. The weekend festival I went to was tons of fun, and I loved all the cool merch they had for sale. But, I had a bad experience when they randomly canceled my order a few weeks before the event for no reason. It was super stressful, and by the time they fixed the issue, the boat party I really wanted to go to was already sold out. I missed my chance to meet this artist I was excited about, and Pollen didn't do anything to make up for it, which really rubbed me the wrong way.

    Festival tickets

    Going to Pollen was like a dream come true for me. Meeting new people, listening to great music, and soaking up the beautiful scenery made it an unforgettable experience. The whole event felt really special, and it was awesome to share that moment with people who share similar interests. The lineup of artists was amazing, and being a part of it all was just grand. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat, no matter where it's held.

    Nightclub experience

    I hit up this club last night and man, the vibe was so lively! They played a great mix of music that I was really digging. But, there were so many people there, it was kind of intense. And don't even get me started on the prices - way too steep for what you got. The poor staff looked like they were drowning in people, so the service was super slow. Definitely a bummer.

    We were Lifeguard Vendors at Lake Havasu AZ

    We are owed over $44,000 and have been strung along for months by their higher ups and even their attorneys. We provided over a month's worth of work at their Lake Havasu Venue and were told repeatedly that we would be paid. We are now filing a lawsuit.

    Be warned small businesses - you will NOT be paid by this ponzi scheme.

    There is no way to contact anyone at this company! online chat does nothing other than show you FAQ articles, phone calls don't get answered, They don't reply to emails or the online forms they have you fill out.

    I filled out a complaint form and an auto response said they will get back to me in 6 weeks... SIX WEEKS!!!! how does an event organizer plan on staying in business when it takes them 6 weeks to get back to someone. your event will probably be over and done with in 6 weeks.

    The only time they reply is on these review sites and even then its just someone saying to contact their support team (as is we all haven't tried that 50 times without any luck)

    Same! Im starting to think I just got robbed tbh. Where did you find a phone number? It's been impossible to find one. Share it please!

    Neon Cancun 2022

    After loosing our fly tickets due to a reschedulling they didnt refund the money.


    After cancelling and reschedulle the event 2 weeks before the date, we lost our fly tickets, and ask for the refund, after 6 months we didnt have seeing our refund, and they didnt response our inquiries over the support, I do not recommend this company for any event or concert

    Same here.. I live in Chile.
    Literraly a scam, no anwse from customer service anymore... more tham 6 month with no refound

    Golden Sands Trip 4 day Vacation

    This whole process was easy to sign up for, but as soon as the event was canceled, there has been very little communication and information given as far as a refund. It is like they want you to get frustrated with the refund process and give up, so they can keep your money. I've consulted an attorney. Not to mention, there was never an explanation as to why the event was canceled.

    Do not use this company! Notified them in writing that we were cancelling per their procedures and still the took a payment out of out account which is stealing!! Past 90 days for refund. No communication. They are a scam. Thinking about filing a civil action and going after damages, legal fees and as much as we can get.

    Holiday trip

    I have never dealt with a worse company in my life. I am beyond frustrated with them. Currently waiting over 120 working days for my refund which was promised 90 working days max. To add insult to injury others on the SAME BOOKING have been paid but not me? Their excuse every time is "oh covid has made it so busy for us", absolute lies. I know first hand it does not take that long to process a £500 refund. And even so, why dont you recruit more people?? You have all of our money i'm sure you can afford it.

    I contacted them, every email response was the same "covid has delayed the refunds" response, so no help. I went onto the webchat and wasn't surprised to find it was a robot giving the same responses to the emails. And off course, the cherry on the cake, they have no contact number. I wonder why.

    I have been told i would receive a call back due to wanting to raise a complaint but off course, no call and they're now ignoring me.

    If there is a way we can take these criminals to court and get our money back plus compensation, let me know cos they have caused me so much mental stress.

    Package trip to Cabo San Lucas

    I purchased a package trip for friends and I. They got Covid and reported it to pollen they then in turn canceled my trip and said I was getting a refund for the trip not what I wanted but ok. First I was told that I had to wait 60 days. Then I was told it was 60 business days when that time can I was told 90 days. After the 90 days you guessed it I was told it’s 90 business days which I figured after the last encounter. Now 90 business days have pasted and still no refund. Every time I get a response from this company it’s always something different or the policy magically changes. When they say it’s always been policy I remind them that I have emails from there support team saying one thing and them doing something completely else. No communication and horrible service. If you want your money stolen then this is your perfect waste of it. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

    They canceled my trip AND STILL HAVE NO REFUNDED ME. I have literally written MULTIPLE emails about where the ... my money is AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO WAIT. ITS BEEN FOUR MONTHS. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT trust this company. DO NOT spend money with them. THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have not hated a company so much until I had to deal with them. I swear no trip is worth this headache.

    Departure - Playa del Carmen

    I WILL NEVER GIVE MONEY TO POLLEN AGAIN! Bought a pass to Departure festival in Mexico. Everyone flew to Mexico. Day 1 of they festival they postponed the event (they said they weren't finished building the stages). Day 2 they cancelled the entire even (they said it was because of covid). They refunded the tickets (which I have yet to see a refund) and promised a $200 credit. I tried to use the credit to go to gem and jam. First of all they made it incredibly difficult to actually get the credit (it took contacting pollen 3 separate times). Second, they refused to let me use my credit for gem and jam because it is a pollen+ experience even though that is not listed on their website. This company is full of ... and I think they twisted the whole event last minute to be an opportunity for an insurance scam.
    Will never use this company again and will recommend against anyone else doing business with them from this point forward.

    DaBaby Cancún Trip

    We just want our money back sigh how can they take $3200+ from 4 people pretty much instantly but take up to 90 days to refund it after notifying us 36 days before the trip is planned to begin? We have booked our flights & paid for baggage which cost over $2000 not to mention clothes, appointments being booked paid for, passports bought, etc. This is a huge convenience. We just want our money back so we can book another resort because our trip is in 29 days and we don’t have a room to stay in because they’re holding our money that we would use to book another resort. It’s so hard to get in contact with them which is why we just chose to cancel the trip instead of rescheduling. It’s giving me Fyre Festival vibes and I don’t like that. If they don’t refund us by next Tuesday April 13th I will be reaching out to an attorney to go over our options. The fact that there isn’t a phone number leads me to believe this is a fraudulent website navigating as a legitimate one. I will never book a ‘festival’ through a website ever again. Terrible experience I would highly NOT RECOMMEND.
