Mixed feelings about Priceline.com
As an online travel agency, I've had a decent amount of experience with Priceline.com. Overall, I've found the website to be user-friendly and the deals to be pretty competitive with other sites in the industry.
One thing I appreciate about Priceline is the variety of booking options they offer. In addition to traditional hotel reservations, they also have a "Name Your Own Price" feature for hotels and flights, as well as a "Express Deals" option which offers deeper discounts for customers willing to book without knowing the specific hotel or airline.
I've also had success using Priceline's "Bid for My Hotel" feature, where you can place a bid on a hotel in a specific area and the company will try to secure the reservation for you at that price. It's not a guarantee, but I've been able to snag some great deals this way.
On the downside, I've found their customer service to be hit or miss. Sometimes I've had representatives who were very helpful and able to resolve issues quickly, but other times I've had to jump through hoops to get a problem resolved.
Overall, I would say that Priceline is a solid choice for booking travel online. They have a variety of options to suit different needs and budget and the deals can be pretty good. Just be prepared for the possibility of mediocre customer service if something goes wrong with your booking.Flight reservation assistance
The customer service rep, Joy, was super helpful and friendly. She really went out of her way to help me with booking my flight and she patiently and expertly answered all of my tough questions. I was really impressed with how she handled everything and she's definitely a great asset to the company. Thanks to Joy's top-notch service, I'll definitely be booking all my future flights through her and I'll be sure to recommend her to all my friends and family.

I just booked a flight through Priceline and it was awesome. The whole process was smooth, and I really liked how user-friendly the website was. The customer support team was on point - super helpful and quick to help me out with my booking. The prices were good too, got a sweet deal on my flight. And they didn't waste time getting me my booking confirmation, had all the info I needed right when I needed it.

I just booked a trip from Detroit to Bhubaneswar with a layover in Delhi using Priceline, and let me tell you it was smooth sailing. The agent gave us so many great options and tips that made it easy for us to decide, even though it was high season. I really liked the way the agent handled everything, so professional and on the ball. I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything went down with Priceline.
Car rental experience
I recently had a frustrating experience with a car rental company. When I got there to pick up my reserved vehicle, they said they didn't have the car I wanted and tried to get me to pay more for a bigger one. After I insisted on the car I reserved, magically they found one. I made it clear that my wife would be driving, and they said it wouldn't be a problem as long as she showed up to sign and show her ID. But when she came in the next day, they said they'd charge us hundreds more if she wanted to drive too. I was shocked by the surprise cost and asked to cancel, but they said no refund. I ended up with a bigger car for three weeks that was meant for my wife to drive, but she couldn't. It was a letdown and a headache.
Rental car booking experience
I recently rented a car through a travel website, but man, it was a total disaster. We confirmed the reservation and paid for the service, but when we showed up, they didn't have a car for us. And when we tried calling customer service for help, all we got was voicemail and no one called us back. It was frustrating - they completely ignored us. We were left stuck at the last minute, with a kid in tow. The customer service team was useless, and on top of it all, they wouldn't even give us a refund. This was hands down the worst car rental experience I've ever had, and I've done a lot of traveling. It's just not right to charge for a service you never even provide. We're looking into taking legal action against them.

Wong over in customer service was amazing! He totally got what I needed, found solutions fast, and made sure my payment went through without a hitch. And get this, he not only checked back like I asked, but he also hooked me up with his direct line for next time. It was a top-notch experience that went above and beyond what I was expecting.

I had a great experience with the customer service person. They were so helpful and nice the whole time we were talking. They answered all my questions quickly and made sure I got all the help I needed. I really liked how professional and dedicated they were in helping me with my purchase.

Carmen is so helpful with giving me travel options. She really goes out of her way to make sure I have all the info I need to plan my trip. Her patience and dedication to making sure I'm happy is really amazing. I'll definitely be coming back because of how awesome she is.
Helped me choose best deal
So, I was just looking for the best deal and Hudson really came through for me. He was super cool and patient while I was figuring out what to get for my mom. He even assisted with getting a wheelchair and other things she needed. It was an awesome experience!
Hotel microwave lie
They straight up lied on their website saying the hotel had a microwave. But when we showed up, surprise surprise, no microwave! We asked for a refund, but they refused. Seriously, how is it our fault that they lied like that? It's not cool at all. I wouldn't recommend bothering with them, save yourself the stress.
Booking hotel, car, and flight to Orlando, Fla.
Man, let me tell you about Priceline! I booked a hotel, car, and flight to Orlando, Florida, and let me tell you - huge disappointment! The car rental wasn't even at the airport, can you believe that? We had to take a shuttle to the rental office, not a big deal, but then it took them over an hour to get a car ready for us. When I asked why it was taking so long, the guy just looked at me like a deer caught in headlights! No answer, no explanation, just a blank stare. And when we finally got to our hotel at West Gate Towne Center, they gave us a room that looked nothing like the picture we booked. Ended up having to pay an extra $300 to get the room we originally wanted. And on top of all that, West Gate had this crazy no-cash policy that they never mentioned beforehand. What a bummer! No way am I booking through Priceline again, and if West Gate keeps up that no-cash rule, I may not even go back there at all!
Family hotel room booking
I just booked some hotel rooms for my family - 2 grown-ups and 1 kiddo - on this travel website. I made sure to pick rooms that could fit all of us, but after I finished booking, I saw that the site conveniently left out the child from the reservation. So now I gotta cough up extra cash for the kid for our whole stay. And to top it off, one of the hotels we stayed at didn't even give us the breakfast they said was included. Can you believe that?
Flight booking experience
Man, I gotta tell you, trying to book my flight on Priceline was a total nightmare. It was seriously the worst! I needed to make some changes to my flight and they completely ripped me off. I should have just booked straight through the airlines. Priceline's rules are just set up to take your money, you know? I'm really disappointed with the whole thing.
Hawaii vacation package
I booked a Hawaii vacation package from this website and it was absolutely terrible. The hotel we stayed at didn't even have air conditioning and no matter how many times we called, they didn't bother to fix the issue. We spent way too much money for a simple room and the customer service was awful. We won't be using this site again and we'll make sure to tell others about our bad experience.
