Unbelievable..
We as a group rendered services of Rail Europe agency many times but last experience shocked us.This was so simple to inform passengers about cancellation of trains ,that was not for any particular routs or trains. All trains ,Voyage and flights cancelled even as a customer we were not ready to move that time .Whole world was freezed in their houses .
But our 800dollars were in stack how can forget that .Almost dozens of calls ,emails didn't turned them to update what and how they are going to settled this amount. Very sure thousands of same customers were also facing similar issues. I have seen comments of some effected customers.
Management should take some positive action to rebuild goodwill of Rail Europe.
