    Last minute flight purchase

    I had to buy a last-minute flight because my son's travel plans got messed up. He lost his carry-on bag at security and missed his next flight. Even though he's just a kid, TAP Portugal didn't help us out at all. So, I had to rush to get another flight to make sure he got to his destination safely. It was super stressful and not fun, but luckily the new flight worked out well and he made it there without any more problems.

    I just want to mention that buying tickets from this place is pretty straightforward. I never have trouble finding what I need. My only complaint is that they don't show the full price until you enter your payment info, which can be annoying. Other than that, though, I'm happy with everything else.

    Flight cancelled notice

    Hey everyone, I just wanted to talk about what happened with Rumbo after I found out my flight got cancelled. I was all set to go from Madrid to Milan Malpensa, but then I got an email saying the flight was called off due to a strike. It was disappointing because I was really excited for the trip, but I get that sometimes stuff happens that they can't control. It would've been cool to get a refund or some different choices for my trip, but hey, what can you do. Hopefully next time things will work out better.

    In my case, I couldn't buy any checked baggage from this site, which made me a little nervous. Now I'm just crossing my fingers that the airport won't hit me with a hefty fee for a 20kg bag. Even though I struck out on getting checked luggage, I do like all the choices they offer on the website.

    I am seriously so frustrated with this customer service! Our flight got canceled 2 days ago and we're still stuck here on our vacation with no word from the company. They said they'd get us on a new flight today, but we haven't gotten any confirmation yet. It's ridiculous how they never update us. Their communication skills are just awful. Trying to get ahold of the customer service team is like pulling teeth, and when we finally reached someone through chat, all they said was we have to wait our turn since they have other customers to deal with. Seriously? That's their excuse for leaving us stranded without any help or updates for days. I would stay away from this company unless you enjoy feeling lost and powerless.

    Flight booking, return journey

    My experience with Rumbo was so frustrating. I was trying to book my flight back from Madrid to Bangkok, but they messed up and booked me a one-way ticket for the wrong day. When I tried to fix it, they said I'd lose 400€ if I canceled and would only get a voucher to book with their not-so-great service. I felt stuck and like they were ripping me off, especially since I got the FullFlex option.

    Flight reservation BKK-Trang

    I just booked a flight on this website for a trip from Bangkok to Trang. Everything was going well until I got an email from Rumbo the day before I was supposed to leave. They told me that my flight was delayed almost three weeks! I couldn't believe it - it was like they had the ability to send me back in time. This mix-up caused a lot of trouble because I had to cancel my original flight and book a new one with a different airline. The whole thing was really annoying and disappointing, to say the least.

    Flight reservation refund issue

    I had a really irritating situation with a flight reservation I made through your website. Even though I was supposed to get a free cancelation until a specific date, I only got back a small portion of what I paid. And to top it off, when I reached out to your customer service, they told me I was getting charged for discounts and vouchers that were supposed to be part of my purchase. I never asked for any discounts or vouchers, so I'm really puzzled as to why I'm being charged for something that was supposed to be included.
