Overall Experience: Great customer service with beautiful scenery
My recent stay at Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur was truly a memorable experience. As soon as I arrived, the courteous and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The room that I stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for my comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the breath-taking views from my room's balcony overlooking beautiful KLCC Park. The hotel is located in an enviable location with easy access to major tourist attractions including Petronas Twin Towers. The facilities were impeccable including a fitness center, swimming pool and spa services which added to my relaxation during this time. Talking about food options there were multiple restaurants available that offered excellent cuisines throughout the day; from breakfast buffets to evening drinks at Zende Restaurant & Bar. The overall service by each member of staff exceeded expectations- they went above and beyond!
