Property rental assistance
I just wanted to share about the great experience I had with a representative who really went out of their way to help us out and make the rental process smooth. Elodie was amazing in how she communicated and handled everything, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. I would definitely suggest her to anyone in need of renting a property. Awesome house
I found this amazing house online and I had to send an email with a question. It was really nice to get a response from a real person and not some robot or whatever. I really hope the awesome service stays the same until we actually get to stay in the house we chose. Let's hope it's just as fantastic as it looks online!
vacation rental booking
The customer service I got when I booked my vacation rental was awesome. Shannon was amazing to work with, she answered all my questions quickly and cheerfully. I had a lot of questions, but she was patient and knew her stuff. Shannon made the whole process smooth and fun, and now I'm super excited for my vacation.
Booking a vacation rental
From beginning to end, TopVillas was absolutely amazing! The guy who helped me out, we'll call him 'Luxury Dan', was so helpful with all my questions and even hopped on a call with me! I will definitely be using this place again for my next vacation!
Last minute cancellations and unhelpful customer service
My experience with this company totally sucked. I had two people cancel on me within a day, which was a huge pain. Then when I tried booking a smaller house by transferring my deposit, they were really rude about it and said I'd lose my deposit. That lack of flexibility and understanding really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Easy booking process, detailed website layout
The website layout was awesome, with detailed descriptions and photos of every villa and the neighborhood. Booking was super easy, and I loved how simple it was to find the perfect vacation home by just browsing through the site.
