Finest ticketing services ever
Great services no technical issues while booking train tickets by Train Genius .So they are really genius No one in entire world like to go ticket counters for scary situation since long time now.
In my case rather our case East Midlands and Liner these two routs are in our usages Also what is problem buying tickets through their services when as a customer we don't pay any charges even for return.
But this is not all good Best part is still left to share that is their understanding,lovey team for customers support and solving issues on one call
More then nine times I cancelled our tickets due to own reason but amount is credited back without scratching heads.
