Travelpack: A Solid but Unremarkable Travel Agency

I recently used Travelpack for a trip to Europe and overall, I was pretty satisfied with the experience. The booking process was easy and straightforward, and I appreciated the variety of options they offered for flights and accommodation.

One thing I did find frustrating, however, was the lack of flexibility with some of their packages. I had a change of plans and needed to alter my return flight, but I found that the fees for doing so were quite steep. That being said, the customer service team was helpful and assisted me with finding the best solution for my situation.

In terms of the actual trip itself, everything went smoothly. The flights were on time and the hotels were clean and comfortable. I will say that the locations of some of the hotels were a bit further out from the city centers than I would have preferred, but that's just a personal preference.

All in all, I would recommend Travelpack to others planning a trip. Just be aware of the potential fees for changes to your itinerary.
