Whimsical Wonderland villa stay in Solara
My family recently went on a vacation to Solara and stayed at a rental house called the "Whimsical Wonderland" villa. We picked it because it had a cool water park and fun themed rooms that the kids totally loved. The house itself was amazing and super clean, which we were really happy about. However, we had some trouble with the wifi during our stay. We tried to fix it ourselves, but we kept getting cut off while we were trying to watch movies in the theater room. Luckily, the people at the rental company were quick to respond and really helpful. They sorted out the issue right away and got their IT department on it. They fixed the problem the next day and made sure we had a great and stress-free stay with their awesome customer service.
Luxury rental vacation home
The luxury vacation home we rented was absolutely elegant and comfortable. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a nice touch that made things super convenient. The best part of our stay was definitely the pool and hot tub area with stunning views of the pond - the ultimate spot to relax. The open kitchen and living room were great for hanging out with friends and family. We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back - we might even bring more people next time!
Family vacation rental
The vacation rental we booked for our family was perfect and even better than we expected. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for everyone, and the layout was spacious so we all had our own space to chill. It was super clean, which made us feel right at home as soon as we got there. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and we suggest heating it up for extra fun. Being near I-Drive was handy for checking out the area, and the quick 25-minute drive to Disney World was a nice bonus. It was an awesome stay that went above and beyond what we had hoped for.
Second stay at a vacation rental property in Kissimmee
My recent stay at a vacation rental in Kissimmee was awesome! The place was super clean and felt brand new, plus they had security so I felt extra safe. It was in the perfect spot for hitting up Universal Parks, which was great. Even though some stuff was being worked on, it didn't bother me at all. The only bummer was there weren't a ton of food delivery options, but with a bunch of restaurants close by, it wasn't a big deal. I'd totally come back and stay here again!
Rental experience at a luxury vacation home
I stayed at this amazing luxury vacation home for 4 days and I have to say, I was really blown away by the whole experience. The place was so clean, the staff were all really incredible, and I honestly couldn't have had a better stay. I've been to some fancy Disney resorts in the past, but Villatel really went above and beyond with their rooms and customer service. From the minute we got there to the day we left, everything was just top-notch.
Awesome Villa Stay
Oh my goodness, this villa was absolutely incredible! Everything was just like the photos - the movie theater, game room, and pool were super fun. We had a blast and didn't even want to leave the villa. The customer service was amazing, they helped us with everything we needed. I'm so excited to go back, you'll totally love it too!
Family vacation rental
Our family vacation rental was amazing! We stayed in the coolest theme rooms that the kids absolutely loved. They had plenty of towels for us to use at the pool and in the house. The beds were so comfy, like sleeping on clouds - seriously need to find out where they got them from. The gate guards were always super friendly when we came and went. And the location was really close to Universal Studios, which was a blast. I would definitely recommend this place for a fun family getaway!
Luxurious vacation rental
My family and I just got back from an awesome stay at a fancy vacation rental in Orlando. It was in the perfect spot, super close to all the fun stuff like attractions, shopping, and great places to eat. The house was big, cozy, and super clean. Everything from booking to checking out was really easy, and the staff were so helpful and made sure we had a great time. We'll definitely be back to this rental next time we're in Orlando.
Luxury vacation rental
Wow, let me tell you about these amazing vacation rentals we stayed at recently! They were two massive 12-bedroom houses and they were absolutely luxurious. They had everything we could ever need and then some. With 12 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms in each house, we had tons of room to spread out and chill without feeling crowded. We loved it so much that we're already thinking about booking the same houses for next year!
Amazing stay in Melbourne Beach, FL
Villatel was amazing! My family and I had the best time ever at their house in Melbourne Beach, FL. It was really clean and had a ton of fun things to do. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and we had a great time playing all the games. The kitchen was great for making some delicious snacks, and we even had a BBQ. I can't wait to go back!
Family vacation rental
Man, let me tell you, the customer service at this place was seriously lacking. The pool maintenance company they've got working for them needs to be replaced like yesterday, and the customer service management there needs a major overhaul. The folks answering the phones seemed like they were trying their best, but let's be real, it just wasn't cutting it. The pool was a total disaster - the temperature and chemical levels were all out of whack the whole time we were there, really putting a damper on our vacation.
On a brighter note, the house itself was fabulous - spacious and clean, just right for our family getaway. Everyone loved the game room and theater, especially the kiddos who went nuts for the pirate-themed room. But even with all those good things, the customer service problems and pool issues kind of ruined our stay. The amenities in the community were awesome, but always so jam-packed that we had to wait forever just to use them. And let's not forget about the crazy traffic in the area that made it a pain to get around and really enjoy ourselves.New vacation spot
This resort is amazing! It's totally new and in such a great location. They're building so many cool things - I can't wait to come back next year and see it all finished. The staff is incredible, they're always available when you call and super helpful.
Luxury vacation home disappointment
I rented this fancy vacation home and was so excited to chill and have a good time with my family. But man, it was a letdown. The house looked amazing in the pictures but when we arrived, it was not clean at all. With the flu and covid going around, cleanliness is super important, especially with kids in tow. The pool and hot tub never heated up, which was a major bummer because we were really looking forward to using them. And on top of that, the wifi was spotty and didn't work well. Overall, my experience was just okay. Not the greatest, not the worst, but definitely not worth the money I shelled out. Definitely think twice before booking this place. Peace.

Our time at the fancy vacation rental was pretty good, but we did run into a few problems. The pool and hot tub heat we paid extra for didn't work right, which was a bummer. It took a bunch of phone calls to finally get it fixed, but at least they gave us our money back. The house had big rooms with their own bathrooms, which was awesome. But the room my daughter was looking forward to wasn't quite like the pictures online - the characters weren't painted on the walls. Having some instructions in the theater room would have been handy too.
Family getaway
Our family trip was pretty good even though the bowling alley was always broken. Luckily, the staff was super quick at fixing any problems we had, so we were still able to enjoy our stay.
