Regular international money transfers
I've been using this service for years to send money to my friends and family all around the globe. Let me tell you, the process is super easy and the reliability of the service is top-notch. I've given other money transfer methods a shot before, but none of them compare to the convenience and security that this service offers. I'm grateful that I can send money without worrying, knowing that it'll get to where it needs to go quickly and safely.
International money transfers
Although I think the company does a great job overall, there's one thing that could use some work. I've been using their service to send money to my family in Afghanistan, but it's been tough because they only offer the local currency and not U.S. dollars. That's why I had to switch to another service that lets me send dollars directly. If they could fix this issue, I'd be happy to stick with them for all my money-sending needs.

My experience sending money was pretty good, overall. It went really smoothly and was quick to get the money where I wanted it to go. Although, I did have a bit of trouble with a different money transfer service. One of their workers got the recipient's account number wrong, which was a pain. But on the flip side, I really liked using the self-serve machine at another spot because it was easy to use and super convenient.

Transferring money to my wife in Georgia was super easy. I just sent the money through MoneyGram from my account, and she picked it up at the office without any issues. It was a quick and reliable process from start to finish.
Email address update inconvenience
I had a frustrating experience trying to update my email address on my account. Unlike other online businesses, I was told I couldn't just change it – instead, I had to delete my account and make a new one. Not only was this annoying, but it also meant I lost my Premier membership status. It's really disappointing that such a basic issue couldn't be fixed easily, and now I'm not a very satisfied customer.
Money transfer to Jamaica
I just sent some cash over to my brother in Jamaica to help out with building his house. Man, the whole process of him getting the money at the pick-up spot in Jamaica was a real pain. Even though he had my last name and we've used MoneyGram before without any issues, this time he ran into all sorts of problems. It was really annoying to see such a lack of consistency in the service, especially since my last transfer to a buddy went super smooth.
