The site has a lot of games and can be addictive but the customer support is HORRIBLE. I didn't understand why no money was deposited in my casino account even though the game would ask me to press "collect" whenever I won something such as jackpot symbols for example. At first, Jordane from the support team, acknowledged this and said she will contact the site developer. She later on said I had to complete the so called full album before the jackpot symbols pays. Ok, fine.
But then there were many other instances where I would have a win, other than the jackpots symbols, and again no money deposited in the casino account after I had pressed "collect". I emailed support with all the timing of when some of these winnings occurred in one day of playing. That person Jordane replied that she had no proof of my winnings and without a screenshot ,she can't do anything. I asked that she check her system again with the specific timing I sent .And that's when it got very rude and disrespectful. That support agent Jordane told me to "stop playing around this" and again she won't help without a screenshot. wow.. seriously...how can I take a screenshot of a moment that has already passed...and the disrespectful tone of that email. It was so disappointing and took all the fun out of playing.
So play the site if you want to, but be prepared to deal with a rude customer support team
