My Experience with Boderry's Online Services
As a client of Boderry, I have had a fantastic experience with the company. From the ease of use of their website to the quality of their products, everything has exceeded my expectations. I particularly appreciate the wide range of options available, making it easy for me to find exactly what I'm looking for. The customer service team is also top-notch, always available to answer any questions I have and provide helpful recommendations. I've never had any issues with my orders and they always arrive on time.
Boderry Checkmate - Watch
I had a little trouble with my watch and had to send it back to China from the UK. The customer service I got was really great - they were fast and helpful, sorted everything out, and even gave me back the postage money without any fuss. The people I talked to were really nice and took care of everything. Now that I've got my new Checkmate watch, it's working perfectly. Gotta say, it's a beautiful piece of jewelry.

I absolutely loved the watches I bought - they were really good quality and didn't break the bank. Plus, the shipping was free and super fast, and the packaging was top-notch. Overall, I'm really impressed with how everything went down at this store.
Automatic watch under $100 with free shipping
Let me say this watch is really something for less than 100 bucks. It's good quality, looks slick, and keeps time right. And you can't beat the free shipping that comes with it.
Bought a cool watch
I bought this really awesome watch online and I was so pumped to get it. But when I looked up the tracking number, there was nothing and I felt ripped off. I tried reaching out to customer service, but all they did was give me those same old boring responses. It's just so annoying that they can do this! I even went on YouTube and started leaving comments to let everyone know to be careful with this brand. I really hope more people catch on and avoid shopping there.
Watch purchase
When I decided to buy a watch from this company, I was hoping for a smooth and quick ordering and delivery process. But, to my dismay, the shipping took way longer than what they originally said. The website promised a delivery window of 8-12 business days, but it's been over 2 weeks now and the delivery company is now saying it might take another month to get to me. They never mentioned this long wait time when I made the purchase, and now I'm just frustrated and unhappy with the whole customer experience. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying from them - you might have to wait around 5 weeks for your order to show up.
Faulty watches
I bought two watches online and they were both defective. I've been emailing with the company and they finally agreed to take the watches back. But when I sent them to China, customs wouldn't accept them. Now I'm stuck with two broken watches and no refund.
Quartz watch mix-up
I tried sending them an email but it didn't go through. I ended up receiving the wrong watch. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company because of all the negative reviews.
Broken watch
So, I ordered this watch and when it came, it was broken. I was really disappointed, but when I contacted customer service, they were quick to respond. They asked me to send the watch back (which I had to pay for, but they said they would refund me) and I did that. Now my watch is stuck in customs and they're not responding to my emails or chats. It's frustrating because the watch looked great and the packaging was awesome, but their customer service is nonexistent. I guess I'll have to reach out to my credit card company to get my money back. Lesson learned, don't buy from them unless you're okay with losing your money. Oh, and their email address doesn't even work. Ugh.
Issue with watch purchase
I had a not-so-great experience with a watch I bought online. I ran into a problem with the product and tried to get in touch with customer service through their chat and messaging features on the website. But, didn't get any response from them. I also tried emailing the contact they provided, but turns out it was invalid. The lack of communication and support really made my shopping experience with the company pretty disappointing.
Seaturtle watch
The Seaturtle watch I bought from this company ended up being super low-quality. It started acting up only two months after I got it, which was a huge letdown given how much I paid for it. When I tried to get help from their customer service to get it fixed under warranty, they were no help at all and didn't even get back to me. All in all, I'm really bummed about my purchase and definitely wouldn't suggest this product to anyone.
Fast shipping watch
I was super pumped to finally get my hands on my new watch and I even splurged for that express shipping. I even called up customer service to confirm that they were sending it through Fedex. But when I got the tracking info, turns out it wasn't Fedex like they said! Now my watch is MIA and my inbox is full of unanswered emails. Looks like I'll have to give my credit card company a ring.
t-shirt with cute cat design
OMG, you guys, never buy from them! I ordered this super cute t-shirt with a cat on it, but then I changed my mind. So I emailed them to cancel my order and they were so annoying! Instead of just canceling it, they kept asking me why I wanted a refund. Like, hello, it's my money, duh! Then they kept sending me the same questions over and over, like, can they not read or what? It feels like they're just stalling so they can avoid giving me my money back. Ugh, it's so frustrating!
Watch
I got this watch from here, but man, it took forever to actually get to me! They kept stringing me along every week, saying it would ship soon, but it never did. After waiting 7 weeks, I had enough and asked for a refund. They didn't even send the money back until I got PayPal to step in. I wouldn't suggest buying from this place. There are way better options out there to snag a nice automatic watch at a decent price.
