    Misleading Returns Policy

    The returns policy on the website is super confusing and makes customers all frustrated and bummed out. They say returns are supposed to be easy, but they don't actually give you free returns. And even when you got something that's obviously the wrong size, they're still giving you a hard time and not being helpful at all. It's just a total headache trying to get your money back or exchange something.

    This is just plain ridiculous. I've been trying to reach someone for days now and it feels like I'm banging my head against a wall. I've called, I've sent emails, and nothing. How difficult is it to answer a phone call or email? It's beyond frustrating and honestly, not cool. The lack of communication is totally unprofessional and makes me feel like my business doesn't even matter. Pull it together!

    Order Cancellation Issues

    I'm so annoyed by always getting those order cancellation emails right after I've placed my order. Like seriously, is it that difficult to keep track of what you have in stock? It's like they lead you on and then just dash your hopes with that cancellation email. If you don't have enough of something, then why even sell it in the first place? It's just a big waste of time and effort for both me and the company. I hope they can figure this out and fix this problem ASAP.
