Mixed feelings about Ounass - decent products but poor customer service
I've recently had an experience with the luxury e-commerce platform Ounass and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the website is visually pleasing and easy to navigate. The selection of brands they offer is impressive and the prices are in line with what you would expect for luxury items. However, my overall experience was marred by a few issues.
The first issue I encountered was with the shipping. Despite being advertised as "next-day delivery," my order took over a week to arrive. When I contacted customer service about this, I was given a vague explanation and no real solution.
Another issue I had was with the product itself. I ordered a handbag that arrived with a noticeable defect. Again, when I contacted customer service, they were slow to respond and not particularly helpful in resolving the issue.
Additionally, my browsing experience was not as seamless as I was expecting. There were moments when the site seemed to freeze or lag, making it difficult to look through the products.
Overall, while I appreciate the selection of luxury brands available on Ounass and the website is easy to use, my experience was hampered by slow shipping and unhelpful customer service. And I don't have any experience with their physical store.Luxury fashion, exclusive designer collections
