Pants with unexpected details
I recently got some new pants from this store and hey, they had some good deals, but I gotta say, I was kinda let down by how the product descriptions weren't completely on point. The pictures and info didn't really show the fabric textures and other details accurately, so I ended up getting stuff in the wrong color or with surprises I wasn't expecting. Like, I wanted just plain navy blue pants for work, but when they arrived, the fabric had this waffle texture that I didn't sign up for. And then, there was another pair of pants with gold accents on the sides that they forgot to mention in the description. At least customer service was quick about giving me refunds, but it would be nice if the store stepped up their game with better product images and descriptions to avoid more mix-ups for other customers.
Clothing and accessories
I recently bought some clothes and accessories from Steals and man, they really know how to offer some sweet prices on designer stuff. The quality of the items I got was top-notch and I was pleasantly surprised by all the different choices they had on their website. The customer service from the Steals team was great, they made sure everything went smoothly and I didn't have any problems while shopping. I was looking for some holiday gifts and they delivered my order right on time, which was awesome. stunning dress purchase
I was so excited when I found this gorgeous dress on the Steals website. They had such a great selection and the prices were really good. But, when the dress arrived, it didn't fit me right and they were all sold out of other sizes. I was bummed out, but the customer service was super helpful. They were quick to respond and made the return process so easy. Even though I had a little hiccup, I'll definitely be coming back to shop on this site again. Bear Paws
I just bought a pair of Bear Paws from this store, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The order got here just in time for the freezing cold snap we've been having, and let me tell you, these Bear Paws are a total game-changer. I recently bought two Z Supply long sleeve tops from Steals and I am so excited about my purchase. I got a great deal on both tops and they were just like how they were described on the website. They're comfy, stylish, and made really well. I can't wait to get them and start wearing them!

I just bought something on the store app and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed. The prices were great, my order got here super quick, and the stuff I got was even better than I thought it would be. I'm definitely gonna come back and shop here again.
Shorts and t-shirt
I got some shorts and a t-shirt from this store, but they sent me the wrong size! At first, I was really mad about it, but then I emailed them and they sorted it out right away. They gave me a refund and told me to keep the wrong items they sent by mistake. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and professional they were in handling the situation. The shorts and t-shirt I received in the correct size are really cute and comfortable!
Men's sequin tux
Oh my gosh, you guys, I snagged this awesome sequin tuxedo for such a good price! I was kinda nervous 'cause I saw some not-so-great reviews, but my experience turned out to be really awesome. Ordering was a breeze and the delivery was crazy fast, only took 4 days. The tux arrived right on time for my event and I got so many compliments on it. The only bummer was finding out later that I actually paid more than I thought.
Nice and the services are good
I am not sure if the steals are the best on out there but for me, they are one of my favorites, however, sometimes the price is not fit my budget

This company has some of the best deals on really good stuff. I was pleasantly surprised by all the different things they had and how cheap they were. I think they might be selling stuff that was returned to fancy stores, but honestly, I don't mind because the prices are so good. I'll definitely be coming back and I would totally tell anyone who wants a good deal on good stuff to check this place out.
Online purchases
I really like all the different stuff you can find at Steals and those awesome sale prices they have. But gotta be real, I've had a few bummers with my orders. They keep sending me the wrong stuff, y'know? And don't even get me started on how they just chuck all the clothes in one bag like they don't care. Not cool. It would be awesome to see some changes in those areas.

I bought some clothes online the other day and man, they came super quick and in great shape. Everything I got was just what I wanted, and the quality was top-notch. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that each size was listed individually on the website, so it took a little longer to find the right size for each thing. But overall, I was really happy with my purchase!
Jacket purchase, inaccurate description
I'm really bummed about my recent purchase from Steals. The jacket I got doesn't match what was shown online in terms of design or size, even though it's a popular brand. On top of that, returning it was a pain and it took forever to get help from customer service. It's been days since I sent the jacket back, but I haven't heard anything about a refund yet. The other item I bought wasn't great either - it was supposed to be leather but it's clearly fake. All in all, not a great experience and pretty disappointing.
Too big jeans
I recently bought these really cute jeans, but when they showed up, they were way too big, like two sizes too big! Then, when I tried to return them, I was shocked to see that I had to pay almost ten bucks just to ship them back. I mean, seriously? That's almost a third of what I paid for the jeans! It was so annoying because they kept saying they had free returns, but then they wanted me to shell out for it. And even after I finally sent them back, it took forever to get my refund! Plus, I had to unsubscribe from their emails like a million times before they actually stopped bugging me. Not worth the trouble at all!
Shoes
Just a heads up if you decide to order from this company - they're not actually located in the US. They ship using DHL, but once your package hits the states, it gets handed off to a different delivery service, so keeping track of it might be a bit tricky. Plus, they don't require a signature upon delivery, which might worry some folks. Just something to keep in mind before placing your order!
Clothing purchase
I was really surprised by how nice the clothes I bought were. They felt really durable and fit me well. And to top it off, the prices were pretty good too. My order came super fast, so I got my stuff quickly.

I scored this awesome sweater at Steals and it's seriously so cool! The quality is amazing and the design is beautiful. Plus, I snagged it at a great price, so I'm feeling really happy about my buy. Pair of shoes with Free & Easy Return option
I just bought these shoes online that said I could return them for free and easy, which sounded pretty good. But then, a few days later, I got a message saying they had to cancel my order because they were out of stock. They did give me my money back pretty quick, but I was bummed when I saw that they didn't refund the extra $3.00 I paid for the return option. I feel like it's not cool that they charged me for something I didn't even get to use.
Bluetooth Earbuds
I just bought some Bluetooth earbuds from this company. When I realized my new shipping address didn't update on Apple Pay, I called customer service right away to fix it. But I didn't hear back until the next day, when they told me my order had already been shipped to my old address. I was pretty bummed about the lack of communication on their end. And then I saw that the DHL label wasn't even made until two days later, which made me doubt their shipping process even more.
