Mixed Feelings about Wonder Idea Technology
I've been working with Wonder Idea Technology for a little while now and overall, my experience has been pretty decent. The company is a software development firm that specializes in creating custom solutions for businesses.
One thing that I appreciate about Wonder Idea Technology is that they take the time to really understand their clients' needs. They don't just try to sell you a cookie-cutter solution - they work with you to create something that fits your business perfectly.
The team at Wonder Idea Technology is also pretty solid. They have a good mix of experienced developers and newer talent, which helps keep things fresh and innovative. Communication has been good and they are responsive to any queries or concerns.
The project management is also well organized. They have a clear process in place and they stick to it. This makes things run smoothly and helps ensure that deadlines are met.
The only downside is that they are not very well known in the market, so it might be harder to get new clients. But if you're looking for a solid software development partner that will take the time to understand your business and create a custom solution for you, Wonder Idea Technology is definitely worth checking out.Update from first version to current version
I recently switched from the old version to the new one after using it for a few years. The customer service at this company has been amazing over the years. They've always been quick to help whenever I needed it. When I had trouble installing the software on a new computer, they offered me an upgrade to the new version for a really good price. The one-time payment I made for this software has been totally worth it for all the features it has. I've checked out other similar products, and this one is by far the best in terms of control and features. Overall, I'm really happy with the product and the service from the company.
Digital organization software
I just gotta give a shoutout to the amazing customer service here! They've been so great and understanding, always helping me out even when I get a little lost with the program since I mainly use it for personal stuff. It can get a little tricky with some of the advertising being geared towards businesses, but overall it's been a really positive experience. I've been using the software to keep all my tax records in order and easy to access, thanks to the tabs feature. It's also been super handy for storing all my emails, letters, and other important papers, whether they're electronic or in print.
Bought a digital download of a software
I got this really cool software to make awesome stuff on my computer! It's like magic, but with technology! I got it a while back on a CD, and it was a blast to use. But I lost the CD, so I needed to get it again. Luckily, the super nice person at the company helped me out. They hooked me up with a new digital download quicker than I can finish my homework! Now I'm back to making amazing things on my computer, all thanks to them. I can't praise this software enough - it's like having a magic wand for creativity!
E-book software
The e-book software I bought was supposed to have multimedia features, but I've been having a lot of problems with it. First, I had to re-authenticate the program in January because of a computer board issue. Then in May, I had to re-certify it through email because of an HDD problem. Even though I reset it every time, I still keep running into issues with the software. It's been really annoying to deal with, but at least I haven't had any big issues so far.

When I contacted the company about it, they quickly jumped in and fixed the problem even before I started my workday. I recently bought a tool that allows me to turn PDFs into interactive online brochures, and let me tell you, it totally exceeded my expectations. I just bought this video editing software, and let me tell you, it's been beyond amazing. The videos I've made look super high quality and can be played on pretty much any device - whether it's a computer or a phone. The only hiccup I had was getting the audio and video to sync up on my phone, but I found a quick fix for that. All in all, this software is really user-friendly and it gets the job done perfectly.

I've been using Flip PDF Pro on my Mac for years, and let me tell you, it's an amazing product. I've made so many FLIPBOOKS with tons of Vimeo videos and stories in them, and they always turn out great, better than I could've hoped for.
Help team response time
I had a problem with my account and I emailed the company's help team. I was happy that they replied fast. They were really good at fixing my issue and I got it sorted out quickly. I'm really grateful for their quick help and how professional they were in dealing with my account problem. Also, I just want to say that I really like the product itself. It's been super useful for me.

I just have to say, the software upgrade I got was seriously amazing! I recently started using this new tool called Flipbuilder and I was totally lost on how to set it up and get it going. So I shot off an email asking for some guidance and lo and behold, in no time at all, I got a really helpful response from a person named Choco. They laid out the steps needed to register and activate the software and it was a breeze!
