Grocery shopping
I go to this grocery store a lot, and let me tell you, Jewel Osco has a great variety of products that always have what I need. Whether it's fresh produce or baked goods, I can always count on finding quality items that taste great. Plus, their pharmacy is super convenient and dependable, so I can get everything I need in one place. The people who work there are really nice and the store is always clean and easy to navigate. I definitely suggest checking out Jewel Osco for all your grocery needs.
Grocery and pharmacy items
I've been going to this supermarket for years and I gotta say, they always impress me with their great products. They've got everything you need, from fresh fruits and veggies to pharmacy stuff. The staff is really helpful and friendly, which makes my shopping trips easy. The store is always clean and well-organized, which I appreciate. I definitely recommend checking out this supermarket if you're looking for a convenient place to get all your grocery and pharmacy items.
Meat
I'm a caregiver for a regular customer. We had a problem with an order that was called in. She called back and explain the situation. I went back for her. They were so helpful fixing the problem and helping her get everything she needed. The manager Derek was very good and a cashier Dawn was very helpful too. I would recommend the store to anybody. This is the Jewel Osco in Munster
Organic produce and gluten-free snacks
I'm always trying to find organic fruits and veggies and gluten-free snacks, and this grocery store usually has a good selection. However, I've noticed that the prices can sometimes be a little higher than other stores nearby. The customer service can be a mixed bag - sometimes the staff is friendly and helpful, but other times I feel like I'm bothering them when I ask for help. Their online ordering system is handy when it's working, but a couple of times my order has been delayed without any heads up. In general, it's a good choice for my dietary requirements, but there are definitely areas that could be better.
Groceries, pharmacy items
My recent trip to the store was a total letdown. The whole ordering process was a disaster - had to wait forever, and the workers seemed all over the place. Trying to get help was like pulling teeth! The service was just blah, with the employees more focused on chit-chat than helping out. And let's not even talk about the prices - way too high compared to other stores around here. And the delivery? Forget about it - delayed multiple times, I was left without stuff I really needed for days. All in all, super unsatisfied and definitely won't be going back anytime soon.
