Exclusive partnership with a great company
As someone who's used Saucey, I gotta say, their service is top-notch. Their website is easy to use and they always deliver on time. Saucey really knows how to do online alcohol delivery right. They have a ton of drinks to choose from, so there's something for everyone. I'm really impressed with how much they care about getting things right and making customers happy. Overall, Saucey has gone above and beyond, and I'll definitely be using them again.
Great collection in wine
the non-alcoholic wine for my cousin and alcoholic for me, we ordered these two types from here just for the try

What a mess! I ordered two packs of cigarettes and they sent me the wrong brand, not just once, but twice! When I asked for a refund, they said I asked for the brand they sent. I even showed them the text where they asked if I wanted a replacement for my out-of-stock brand, and I said yes. They still got it wrong. It's crazy. I'm never buying from them again.
Alcohol delivery gift purchase
So, I was just trying to be all cool and send my friend a gift using this delivery service. I thought I had everything sorted - put in the address, ordered the gift, they charged my card, and even confirmed the delivery. I was feeling pretty good about it all. But, nope, not so fast. Turns out, after the delivery was supposed to go down, they hit me up saying they can't deliver to that address. Like, seriously? And to make matters worse, they didn't even bother letting my friend know that the delivery wasn't happening. What a hot mess. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.
Unexpected final price
I was really upset with how much I ended up having to pay for my purchase. The starting price that was advertised was way off from what I actually had to shell out. And on top of that, the extra fees for delivery were just too much. Clear pricing is super important to me as a customer, and not knowing exactly how much I would have to pay left me feeling like I got taken advantage of.

My experience with ordering from Saucey was a total disaster. Even though they confirmed my order, they never actually delivered it. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't heard anything about my order. This is the worst customer service I've ever had from an online vendor. I'm never ordering from Saucey again and I definitely recommend avoiding this unreliable company.
Liquor delivery
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered some liquor for delivery, but ran into a bunch of problems. First off, a few items I wanted were unexpectedly out of stock, and it wasn't even mentioned when I ordered. Trying to pick new stuff was a pain and took forever. Plus, they didn't give me any details about the delivery, so I had no idea where my order was. They said it was delivered, but I never got anything, which just stressed me out. When I tried to talk to customer service, I got nothing back, so I was left hanging with no help. It was especially bad because it was supposed to be a gift. Overall, I'm really upset with how things went down - not cool at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend using them again.

I've been having a lot of trouble trying to buy cigarettes from your stores. Even though the shops in my area say they have them in stock, your website always says they're not available. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me there's no way to change the store. It's frustrating that no one can help fix this problem. For example, I had to buy three cartons from a local store because of this issue, which shows that customers in my area aren't being considered. This isn't just a one-time thing, it keeps happening and needs to be fixed right away.
Scotch purchase for gifting
My experience with this service was really disappointing. I decided to give them a shot instead of my usual choice, and it was a mistake. The Scotch I ordered as a gift looked like a good deal, but they sent a $20 bourbon instead. Not only did they mess up my order, but it also made me question if the replacement bottle was even real. Dealing with customer support was a hassle, waiting 6 days and having to threaten a chargeback just to get my money back. This whole thing really left a bad impression, and I won't be using this service again.
Spirits and mixers
I was so frustrated when I ordered some booze and mixers, only to be told they didn't have any in stock. What a joke, right? It's like being invited to a party and then finding out it's a dud. Trust me, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sketchy operation.

I decided to try them out but it was a complete nightmare. I attempted to use a $10 off coupon and they ended up locking my account, saying I was underage even though I'm clearly an adult. After spending two hours sending them my ID over and over, they finally unlocked my account but changed my coupon to a discount for a different site. Can you believe that? I eventually ended up ordering at full price, but then they refused to honor my original coupon, so I ended up canceling and getting banned from the site. No wonder people call them cheap dirtbags. And don't even get me started on their overpriced drinks.
Alcohol and cigarette delivery
I've used this service a bunch of times to get my hands on some alcohol and cigarettes, especially when I couldn't go out because I was injured. I've noticed things have gotten better since all the pandemic rules came into play. But, the delivery's speed kinda depends on the local delivery people they've got. There have been times when their own delivery person was late or didn't even show up, which really got on my nerves. I was wondering why they couldn't get it to me on time, especially since the store they get stuff from is open all day and all night. Turns out they hand it off to Doordash. So, if I order too late, I end up going with the other service provider depending on who's got the better prices.
Alcohol delivery
This online store is the worst. I had to give my phone number just to order, and then never got a confirmation. They said my stuff would arrive in 3-7 days, but it's been 8 days and nothing yet. Customer service keeps making up excuses and sending me around in circles. I'm never buying from them again.
