Mediocre experience with Sproutt
I have had the opportunity to work with Sproutt and I have to say, it's been a decent experience. The company offers insurance policies that are tailored to the individual's needs, which is a unique selling point. The process of getting a quote and purchasing a policy was relatively straightforward and easy to understand.
The customer service team was also helpful in answering any questions I had and providing additional information as needed. I appreciate that they take the time to understand my specific situation and offer options that are most suitable for me.
One thing I found lacking, however, was the level of personalization and attention to detail. I felt like the service was more transactional rather than a personalized experience. There was also a lack of transparency and communication regarding the terms and conditions of the policies.
Overall, I think Sproutt is a good option for those looking for a tailored insurance policy, but I would recommend doing your own research and reading the fine print carefully before making a decision. After getting turned down for life insurance, Sproutt offered me accident insurance instead. I didn't have to go through a medical exam since I was already denied based on my application. I didn't think accident insurance was a good fit for me because I have a pension and social security that would cover me if I got hurt. I thought it would be better to get more life insurance in my situation. At first, I was upset and thought Sproutt was just in it for the money. But then Yasmin from HR reached out, got me a quote, and got me approved for a policy this time around. I really appreciated the effort Sproutt put in to find a policy that worked for me. I recommend giving them a shot to help find the right policy for you.

When it comes to shopping for insurance and working with brokers, it can feel overwhelming. But let me tell you about my experience with Mr. Rhodes Clayton - it was amazing. He knew his stuff, was super professional, honest, and just all around friendly. In a world full of brokers, he really stood out by going the extra mile to help me find the perfect policy.
