Purchased bike accessories
I was so happy with the customer service at this store! I asked if I could use a different delivery service because the one in my area isn't great, and they were totally cool with it. They're already sending out the stuff I ordered, all thanks to them being flexible and willing to help me out. Big thanks to Fabrizio for going out of his way to make sure I had a good shopping experience. Good customer service really does make me want to come back and shop there again.
Overseas customer for almost 10 years
I've been shopping at this bike store for almost ten years now, and I've gotta say, the customer service is top-notch.
