Aquamarine Diamond halo ring
I was trying to find a special gift for my wife's big birthday and stumbled upon this gorgeous Aquamarine Diamond halo ring. They had a huge collection of jewelry with all kinds of gemstones, including my wife's birthstone, Aquamarine. The ring I got is just stunning - the design, the stones, the craftsmanship are all amazing. My wife absolutely loves it, it's like a statement piece for her. And the customer service was top-notch. I was assigned a customer care manager named Anna who was super helpful and knew her stuff. She took care of all my questions and concerns right away. Even the packaging was really nice, it added a great touch. The product got to me really quickly, even though I'm all the way in Sydney, Australia. Overall, I had a great time shopping at this store. They have fantastic products, excellent service, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality jewelry. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

I just bought a personalized piece of jewelry from this company, and honestly, I'm really impressed. The quality and design are top-notch. I loved being able to pick out the gemstones and metals for my piece, it was a cool feature. Their customer service was amazing, they were quick to respond to my questions and they handled any issues I had with a professional attitude. There was a hiccup during the process, but the team addressed it quickly and efficiently. Sapphire ring purchase
I gotta say, that Sapphire ring I bought was top-notch quality. The craftmanship was seriously impressive. Plus, the shipping was lightning fast. When I opened the package, I was blown away by how stunning that Sapphire was. The person I gave the ring to was over the moon and wouldn't stop gushing about how much they adored it. And the fact that I snagged such a beautiful piece of jewelry at a discounted price just made the whole thing even sweeter. I was a bit unsure at first because of some reviews, but I saw two gorgeous necklaces that caught my eye and I just had to buy them. And I'm so glad I did! The jewelry is beyond beautiful, it came in a nice package with certificates included. I'm so excited to wear one of the necklaces on my wedding day and give the other one to my mom, it reminds her of a special piece she lost. The extra gifts I got with my order were a nice bonus, I really appreciate it. Overall, I can't find anything wrong with my whole experience.

Gorgeous engagement ring
The customer service team at this company is amazing! I've had a few little issues and they've been super helpful and really paid attention to my needs. Adam, in particular, has been absolutely outstanding in helping me with all my questions and worries. We're still working on resizing my fiance's ring, but the one we got is just beautiful and even better than I expected.

Wedding rings and sapphire bracelet
We bought our wedding rings and a sapphire bracelet from them. The quality of all the items was amazing, and they delivered them really quickly. When my ring ended up being too small, they resized it and sent it back to me in just a week. They even upgraded the sapphires in my ring to Heirloom at the same time. In one word - outstanding!

Diamond necklace purchase
I got this amazing diamond necklace that made my girlfriend so happy! It got here super fast, just like they promised, and it was absolutely perfect! She loves it more than anything! Oh yeah and can you help me out with a discount? I need to get my bling on! Haha
My ring had a missing stone
Yeah, so I lost this little gem in my ring and I was freaking out. I contacted Nash Jones for help and they were so cool about it. They offered to put a new stone in for free! Plus, they cleaned my ring before sending it back. The customer service was on point and they responded super fast. The whole process only took a week.
Diamond and Sapphire Channel Set Hoop + Sapphire Compression-set Hoop Earrings
Ordered two pair of Earrings. First pair was a channel set hoop 14K white gold with 2mm AA Sapphires and diamonds - beautifully crafted and EXACTLY as described and represented (descriptions, images and dimensions) on website. The $1260 price was higher than local jewelers by $150-$200 but the product was stunning and looked handcrafted verses cast mediocre stuff from high-quality chains - unfortunately my wife felt they were too large for her ears/face otherwise they would have been kept. The second pair of earrings was a 14Kt White gold solid hoop with a break where the stone is set that makes it appear as if the stone is being pinched and compression is holding it in place. Ordered a 1/8" wide hoop with a 2.5MM AA Sapphire stone (which is the larger of the two sizes offered in this design - the other was 3/32" wide with a 2MM stone - which is half the width and puny looking). I paid for the larger set but received the smaller - and even after 4 phone calls, 3 hours of my time and a dozen photographs detailing the dimensions of the earrings the main jeweler refused to acknowledge I had received the wrong set so they are simply being sent back - and at this point the customer service portion has been so miserable even if they agreed and refabricated the set correctly and offered a discount I wouldn't take them - I feel I cannot trust them (interestingly enough just before I wrote this review I found 4 other reviews on line about the same set of earrings where all four said the earring was half the size of the online dimensions and stone sizes - and one even said their local jeweler confirmed the stone was not 2.5MM and that at $800 he had overpaid by at least $300 for what he received - and yet all four of these people said they kept them anyway?!). The other issue was my Black Friday purchase came with a 10% discount and if I spent $2000, a "free gift" (which changes weekly) of citrine emerald cut stone earrings and a pendant necklace - they were very nice but they substituted a r e a l l y ugly pair of earrings and necklace where the silver was filigree embellished and the citrine stones cut triangular shaped. They made the substitution without contacting me - so I had to reject those and waste time going to ta UPS store to return them (prepaid label but it required a scanned drop off) and demand they sent the set I originally selected - thankfully these arrived on Christmas eve so I could gift them but now that I am sending back the other items I have to return these too or pay $400 for them which they are probably worth $25 wholesale or $100 retail. So my experience was this: beautiful products and the best descriptions, images and measurements that I found on any online retailer, free shipping and exchange and return shipping, and the quality of the craftsmanship was outstanding on all pieces, and the stones were of the quality clarity and grade - so nothing shady at all about that end - but the issue over the incorrect piece was exacerbating and since all jewelry is made to order they couldn't even pull out to precast stoneless hoop settings to confirm the measurements or help resolve the problems even after the detailed images and measurements - if I wasn't attentive, critical, or demanding and just kept the wrong set they would have made an extra $300 due to me not noticing the mistake. The customer service was painful, time consumptive, impossible to get through to, impossible to get resolution through, and in the end just not worth it - I shouldn't have to work this hard to spend $2000. Although who wouldn't jump through any amount of hoops to provide something truly beautiful for the love of our lives. Still I would recommend extreme caution if purchasing through Angara. Also it appears the largest discount available is if you sign up for an account and that gets you 12% otherwise they have a perpetual 10% off and free gift - but in you need to consider if the extra 2% and no free gift isn't a better deal.
Emerald necklace and earrings
Received very poor quality expensive jewelry and they charged me for a free gift after I returned everything including the free gift. Bad customer service experience too. Don’t recommend Angara.
