Bowflex - A Solid Home Gym Option
I recently purchased a Bowflex exercise machine and I have to say, I'm pretty satisfied with it. The machine itself is well-made and feels sturdy when I'm using it. Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were clear.
One thing I really like about Bowflex is the variety of workouts you can do on the machine. It's not just for one type of exercise, like just cardio or just strength training. You can do a whole workout on it, which is great for someone like me who doesn't have a ton of time to spend at the gym.
The only downside is that the machine is quite large, so it takes up a decent amount of space in my home. But, it's not a deal breaker for me since I have a dedicated home gym.
