I had an issue with my watch where a chainlink popped out after 7 months of use, making it hard to close it. So, I decided to shoot customer support an email, not expecting much since I've had the watch for a while. But, to my surprise, they got back to me super quick with a solution within an hour! They not only agreed to fix my watch for free but also waved the shipping costs. The whole process took about 3 weeks, but I was really happy with the end result. The team at the company was quick, helpful, and super nice throughout our interactions. I'll definitely be telling others about their awesome service.
Gold Jane watch
I just got this really cool gold Jane watch and I'm obsessed with it! It's so pretty and it's officially my new favorite watch. Only downside was that I needed to get it resized, but I had no clue where to go. Thankfully, I reached out to customer support and they were super nice and helpful.
