I was really disappointed with the hair accessories I bought from this company. The quality was so bad, the colors weren't right, and the sizes were all wrong. It seemed like I got something totally different from what they showed on their website. And the prices weren't even low, so I thought they'd be better. I tried contacting customer service to tell them how I felt, but they took forever to get back to me and didn't really help. They just ignored my complaints and didn't offer any solutions or make up for it. It was a terrible experience overall, so I wouldn't recommend buying from this brand.
