Earrings for special occasion
My experience with the jewelry company's products was a bit of a mixed bag. The earrings I got for a special event were absolutely beautiful and I got a ton of compliments on them. However, the process of ordering them was kind of confusing and I had a hard time figuring out how to find exactly what I wanted on the website. The customer service team did help me out, but I really wish the website was easier to use. The prices seemed a little high for what I got, and while the delivery was fast, I think there's room for improvement overall. I was happy with my purchase, but there's definitely some aspects that could be better.

I just got my mom a gorgeous necklace from Dear Ava for her birthday, and she was over the moon about it! Ordering it was a breeze and there were so many pretty pieces to choose from on their website. The necklace came right on time and was wrapped up nicely.
