    Poor fit, returned for refund

    I ordered some jeans not too long ago, but they didn't fit right. So, I sent them back for a refund. It's been more than two months now and still no sign of that refund. I've been trying to reach out to the company through email, but I haven't heard anything back. This whole situation is pretty frustrating and really doesn't make the company look good with their customer service.

    I gotta tell you, dealing with this company was a huge letdown. I ordered a pair of jeans and had a ton of problems with their customer service. My emails went ignored for weeks, and when I finally got a response, it wasn't helpful at all. It seemed like they didn't care one bit about my concerns. The way they handled things was totally unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought a piece of clothing for my son back in early December, hoping it would arrive by Christmas. But here we are in mid-February, and it hasn't shown up yet. I've been going back and forth with the company, but all they do is make excuses about warehouse problems and logistical issues. It's frustrating that they keep selling stuff they can't even deliver on. The only good thing was that I did end up getting a refund, but I had to wait forever for it.
