These earrings are amazing! They're so unique and the way they're made is just so impressive. I really like how they add a little pop of color to my outfits. Plus, the packaging was really cute and made me feel like it was a special treat.
Enchanted Ring
Not at all as shown and the sale price, $125, was no bargain. Since sale items cannot be returned or credited, I gave them a 1 star review which they didn't print, nor give would they give me a reason after writing twice. I've been a customer for a few years. Never again.
I will never purchase from this company's catalog again. After my email request for a return label was ignored, I returned pin earrings postage paid. I have NOT received a credit/refund..
I was about to write them off, can't tell you what an absence of customer service there is. Then I went to the BBB. Because of them, they could not do more for me. I'm a long time customer who was easily ignored, until the BBB came in and then they couldn't do enough for me.
