Home decor, wall art
I was really looking forward to getting some new wall art for my living room from this store, but man, it was such a pain. The website was super confusing to use, and I spent forever just trying to find what I wanted. And when my order finally came, it took a lot longer than I thought it would. The artwork itself was nice, but honestly, the whole shopping process was kinda disappointing.
Desk lamp and throw pillow
I bought a desk lamp from here, but it stopped working after just a week. When I tried to get help from customer service, they took forever to reply and wouldn't give me a refund or replacement. Then I got a throw pillow with a stain on it, and no matter how many times I tried to contact the company, they never got back to me. It was just a really frustrating experience with low-quality stuff and customer service that didn't care.

It was such a pain trying to get in touch with their customer service, and the whole process of sending back the damaged items and getting new ones was a hassle. They were so slow in fixing the problem and just didn't keep me in the loop. Even though the furniture itself was pretty good quality, the whole ordeal left me feeling disappointed.

I bought a furniture set online recently and I kinda feel iffy about the whole thing. The ordering part was easy and clear, so I liked that. But when it came to getting help, I wasn't too happy. It took a long time to hear back from customer service when I had questions about the products. The price of the furniture set was fair, though, especially when compared to other stores selling the same stuff. The delivery took longer than I expected, which was annoying because I really wanted my purchase. Overall, I'd say my experience was just alright.
Nothing
Couldn’t buy anything because nobody answers the phone or returns calls. I even filled out their ... contact sheet. AND NOTHING! The chairs I was looking to purchase on Amazon says they are available when I check the vendor is says delivery is December 29 to January 19. of what year! I’m writing this on June 2, 2023
