Clothing and accessories purchase
I just want to clear up some confusion I've noticed in reviews about two different stores. It's important to know the difference between the European Outlet and the Texas Francesca's. When you're sharing your thoughts or experiences, make sure you're talking about the right store.<br>Speaking from my own experience with the Texas Francesca's, I really like their clothes and accessories. They've got stylish stuff at good prices. As someone in my thirties, I appreciate that they have both trendy and classic pieces. I have run into a few unfriendly cashiers, but I get that retail can be tough, especially for younger workers.<br>We should make sure we're talking about the right store and give accurate feedback to help others when they're choosing where to shop.
Jewelry and clothing
I checked out this store at Paramus Park Mall in New Jersey, and I gotta say, it was a great time. The vibe of the place was really nice, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cool and current clothes and jewelry they had. The quality of everything, even the little knick-knacks, was top-notch, and I ended up finding a few things I really liked. The staff knew their stuff, were super helpful, and gave great customer service. I liked that they offered to bring online orders to the store for pick-up, which made things easy. The shoe selection was on point - they had a bunch of trendy and stylish options that went perfectly with the clothes they had.

I can't even say how much i am lovin' this kimono !!! I fall in love at first site with this kimono, its floral , with beautiful colors and an amazing overall look. I wanted to buy it and i order without thinking. Even i didn't check the review or nothing. so when it was about to deliver i was suddenly worried about the quality or what if its not good enough?
To my help, the kimono was perfect. I tried and it just clicked with me. also i never actually tried kimono style before so i was excited to wear it ! There are lots of amazing cloth options that i found here and i will surely buy more from it here.Recent online purchase
I just bought something online and got a little freaked out when I didn't get a confirmation email right away. I thought maybe I got scammed. But turns out, my order was actually sent out on time and I got it in just a week. I gotta say, I was way off base in doubting the company, but now I'm really satisfied with what I bought. I'll for sure be buying from them again down the line.
Online order
I just made a purchase online, and man, it was a total disaster. I waited forever for my stuff to show up, but it never did. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but got no response. I felt so frustrated and like I wasted my money. This whole ordeal was super disappointing and now I'm not too sure about shopping with them again.

I just bought some jewelry from this store, and let me tell you, I am super disappointed with how everything went down. I placed my order, paid up, and then...nothing. No confirmation email, nada. It’s been over 10 days now and still no word. Plus, when I tried to track my order with the number they gave me, it said they had no record of it at all! I’m beyond frustrated, feeling like I just threw my money away and got nothing in return. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store online. It’s been a total nightmare for me.
Shipping Experience
I had a really bad time trying to ship something from this store. They told me they didn't know why the final step in their process wasn't done to get it shipped, which caused a lot of delays and made me super frustrated. They not only missed shipping it out multiple times, but it also ended up making my delivery late by weeks.
Refund delay
I had a problem getting my refund for something I bought online. I emailed customer service a bunch of times, but never heard back from a real person, just an automated message. And when I tried calling, I got stuck in a never-ending loop of automated prompts and hold music. It really worried me how bad their customer service was and made me feel like they didn't care about me at all. Because of this, I won't be buying anything from them again.

Let me tell you, dealing with this company was a complete nightmare. I bought some nice clothes and accessories, all excited for my order to arrive. But can you believe it? Nine weeks have passed and I still haven't received anything. And on top of that, they had the nerve to charge me and now I can't even get a refund because it was on my debit card. It's just ridiculous!
Dress
I just bought a dress from this store and it was a total bummer. They never told me about their return policy, not a word in person or on my receipt. When I tried to take the dress back within the 30 days, they said no way was I getting my money back. I was so annoyed that I contacted customer service, but the person I talked to was super rude and didn't help at all. All in all, my time with this store was a letdown and I won't be going back.
Denim jeans and a floral top
I recently bought a pair of denim jeans and a floral top from this store, and to be honest, I'm really disappointed with the service. It's been almost a week since I ordered, and I still haven't gotten a tracking number for the shipment. When I contacted customer service, they told me I have to wait 10 business days for my payment to go through, even though I already paid in full. This kind of incompetence is just not okay and I'm feeling really frustrated and unsatisfied. I would strongly recommend against making any online purchases from this company because their service is not up to par. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
Pink floral maxi dress
I recently bought a pink floral maxi dress from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I waited for two whole months and sent a ton of emails, but my order never showed up. I eventually just threw in the towel and got my money back from the bank. It's really disheartening to see a company drop the ball when it comes to customer service and keeping folks in the loop. They were all about giving excuses instead of owning up to the delays. And get this, they even tried to butter me up with a discount code for next time - like I'd trust them again after my first order went MIA. Long story short, steer clear of this company if you want a smooth shopping experience.
Online Christmas shopping
So, my wife decided to do some Christmas shopping online and ended up ordering like 15 things from this one place. Well, when the stuff arrived, a lot of it didn't fit right or look as awesome as it did on the website. No big deal, we figured we'd just swap it out for something else at the store. But nope, turns out the folks there had no clue what was going on and said they couldn't take back online purchases in person anymore due to some dumb new rule. So now we gotta ship everything back and fork over 5 bucks for shipping. Talk about terrible customer service, right? Needless to say, my wife used to shop there all the time, but not anymore. They've lost a customer for good.
Earrings and Bracelet Set
I recently picked up a cute set of earrings and a bracelet from this store, but man, dealing with their email system was so frustrating. I got this email about a $10 coupon that was about to expire, but when I went online to use it, it was like it didn't even exist in my account. Customer service was a bust and told me to place an order first and then call back for my credit - not cool. So, I hopped over to the store in person and thankfully the staff there was able to credit the coupon at the register. Turns out, you can only use coupons and rewards in-store, wish they would've made that clear from the jump. But let me tell you, their marketing emails are out of control! They flood my inbox every single day, even though I've tried to unsubscribe and block the email address multiple times. And get this - they said it would take 6 weeks to stop getting them. Come on now, that's just not cutting it in this day and age.

I tried getting in touch with customer service by email, their website form, and even phone calls, but no one ever got back to me about the missing item from my order. It's been super frustrating not getting any answers or a refund for the stuff that never showed up. I was really counting on better service and a quicker fix to this problem.
