    I just want to clear up some confusion I've noticed in reviews about two different stores. It's important to know the difference between the European Outlet and the Texas Francesca's. When you're sharing your thoughts or experiences, make sure you're talking about the right store.<br>Speaking from my own experience with the Texas Francesca's, I really like their clothes and accessories. They've got stylish stuff at good prices. As someone in my thirties, I appreciate that they have both trendy and classic pieces. I have run into a few unfriendly cashiers, but I get that retail can be tough, especially for younger workers.<br>We should make sure we're talking about the right store and give accurate feedback to help others when they're choosing where to shop.

The vibe of the place was really nice, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cool and current clothes and jewelry they had. The quality of everything, even the little knick-knacks, was top-notch, and I ended up finding a few things I really liked. The staff knew their stuff, were super helpful, and gave great customer service. I liked that they offered to bring online orders to the store for pick-up, which made things easy.     THIS IS AMAZING KIMONO!!

    I can't even say how much i am lovin' this kimono !!! I fall in love at first site with this kimono, its floral , with beautiful colors and an amazing overall look. I wanted to buy it and i order without thinking. Even i didn't check the review or nothing. so when it was about to deliver i was suddenly worried about the quality or what if its not good enough?
    To my help, the kimono was perfect. I tried and it just clicked with me. also i never actually tried kimono style before so i was excited to wear it ! There are lots of amazing cloth options that i found here and i will surely buy more from it here.

    I just bought some jewelry from this store, and let me tell you, I am super disappointed with how everything went down. I placed my order, paid up, and then...nothing. No confirmation email, nada. It’s been over 10 days now and still no word. Plus, when I tried to track my order with the number they gave me, it said they had no record of it at all! I’m beyond frustrated, feeling like I just threw my money away and got nothing in return. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store online. It’s been a total nightmare for me.

    I recently bought a pair of denim jeans and a floral top from this store, and to be honest, I'm really disappointed with the service. It's been almost a week since I ordered, and I still haven't gotten a tracking number for the shipment.     I recently bought a pink floral maxi dress from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I waited for two whole months and sent a ton of emails, but my order never showed up. I eventually just threw in the towel and got my money back from the bank.     So, my wife decided to do some Christmas shopping online and ended up ordering like 15 things from this one place. Well, when the stuff arrived, a lot of it didn't fit right or look as awesome as it did on the website. No big deal, we figured we'd just swap it out for something else at the store. But nope, turns out the folks there had no clue what was going on and said they couldn't take back online purchases in person anymore due to some dumb new rule. So now we gotta ship everything back and fork over 5 bucks for shipping. Talk about terrible customer service, right? Needless to say, my wife used to shop there all the time, but not anymore. They've lost a customer for good.

    I recently picked up a cute set of earrings and a bracelet from this store, but man, dealing with their email system was so frustrating. I got this email about a $10 coupon that was about to expire, but when I went online to use it, it was like it didn't even exist in my account. Customer service was a bust and told me to place an order first and then call back for my credit - not cool. So, I hopped over to the store in person and thankfully the staff there was able to credit the coupon at the register. Turns out, you can only use coupons and rewards in-store, wish they would've made that clear from the jump. But let me tell you, their marketing emails are out of control! They flood my inbox every single day, even though I've tried to unsubscribe and block the email address multiple times. And get this - they said it would take 6 weeks to stop getting them. Come on now, that's just not cutting it in this day and age.
