    Its amazing , seriously !

    I don't really go for kits, most of the time i end up buying things i dont even need. However not with this one. The award winners kit allows me to customize my kits according to my requirement which i find extremely cool.

    The kit have options reading choosing the shade i want. The kit contains Lip crayon, Mascara and lashes primer, Liquid lipstick. I used all of them and they are so good in quality and colors. The applying is also simple and much comfortable. I bought the sheer chestnut shade in crayon and for liquid lipstick, i bought the liquid lip happiness. Its kinda not so dark pink in color. Well, i love the shades, they are pigmented and works well.

    I've been using this company's monthly diaper and wipe subscription for a while now, and I gotta say I'm really happy with the quality of their stuff. Just the other day, I had to return some diapers cuz my kiddo needed a bigger size, and the customer service team was awesome - super quick and helpful with the whole return process. All in all, I'm a satisfied customer and definitely plan on sticking with this company.

    Late Delivery Frustration

    I ordered my stuff on April 4th and even though I've been emailing them a bunch and they keep saying it's on the way, I still haven't gotten anything. It's been really frustrating because I needed those things to come by a certain time. The fact that they're not keeping me in the loop and not following through on their promises has really let me down and made me unhappy with the whole situation.

    Online train ticket purchase

    I just bought a train ticket online and had to change the date. But then I found out I couldn't get a refund. I had to pay a £10 admin fee to switch the date, which was more than the original ticket. I was really frustrated and disappointed with the whole thing. It doesn't make sense to charge so much just to change the date, especially after I already paid for the ticket. I hope they take this feedback to make the customer service better in the future.

    So get this, I gave my real thoughts on their diapers but they didn't like it and wouldn't even post it. Can you believe that? If they can't handle some criticism, maybe they should just focus on customers who only want praise.

    Misleading branding

    I bought something from this company thinking it was a good brand, but I was really let down. The stuff I got was definitely not what I was hoping for, and the customer service was pretty much nonexistent. It felt like I got ripped off, so I'd recommend that other people steer clear.

    E-Giftcard confusion

    I got this e-giftcard from a friend for a baby company I like. I was pumped to get some cute clothes for my little one, but turns out the giftcard didn't work for clothing. Spent forever trying to use it at checkout, but no luck. The email and website didn't make it clear, so I was super bummed and lost. Overall, left me feeling disappointed and puzzled.

    Large package order lost

    I can't believe how bold this company is! I ordered a bunch of stuff and it never showed up, even though the tracking info said it was delivered. So I called customer service, and they pretty much said it was my problem and I should deal with the shipping company. I tried to file a claim with the shipping company, but they told me it was actually the company's job to do that. I told the company, and they said they'd file a claim, but it looks like they were just messing around because I never got my money back or my stuff. Customer service was awful, and I'm not gonna give them another shot. Absolutely ridiculous.
