Shoe purchase
In spite of the tough times we're all facing due to the pandemic, I gotta give a shoutout to this company for their amazing customer service. They really went the extra mile for their customers, starting from the moment I bought those three pairs of shoes. Every time I talked to their reps, they were super nice and seemed genuinely excited to help me out. And they didn't stop there - they made sure my shoes arrived on time and in perfect shape, even throwing in some shoe bags and horns as a nice touch. Whenever I had a question, they were on it right away with speedy and detailed responses. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be coming back to this company again in the future.
Shoe purchase
As someone who's been coming back to this place time and time again, I just have to say, I've been blown away by the amazing quality of the stuff I've gotten here. The way they put everything together, with all those little details, really makes this brand stand out from the rest. The leather they use is so soft and smooth, but it's also tough and doesn't get all creased up. And the options for making things your own are just top of the line. Like, I love that they have these cool features, like that leather sole with rubber studs that give you good grip and keep your shoes from getting all scratched up and losing their color.
High-quality dress shoes for wide feet
I love me some good craftsmanship and attention to detail when it comes to my dress shoes, and let me tell you, Idrese totally delivered. I was getting antsy waiting for my shoes to arrive, but once they finally did, I was blown away. You could see the precision and care that went into making them. And the fit? Perfect. Especially for my big ol' size 14EE feet. Not only were they comfy, but they were also super durable, even better than my go-to Allen Edmonds and Johnson and Murphy Customs. I was so impressed that I went ahead and ordered another pair right away. From now on, I'm only shopping for dress shoes at Idrese.
White shoes purchase
I came across this workshop because of all the great reviews on YouTube while I was looking for some new white shoes. I was really impressed with the options they had and how they helped me pick out the perfect shoes for what I needed. Ordering was super easy and I got my shoes, the Nuno, even sooner than I thought. The material is amazing quality and the shoes are so comfy right from the start, no need to break them in. I love them so much that I'm already thinking of getting a black pair too. Wedding shoes
I found the most adorable shoes for my cousin's wedding and they were absolutely perfect! The folks at the store were super friendly and went out of their way to expedite my order so I could break them in before the big day. These shoes are not only stylish and cute, but also really comfortable. The customer service team is always ready to assist with any concerns or issues that may arise. I followed their size chart and the shoes fit perfectly once I got used to wearing them.
Cool shoes
The folks were really nice even before I got the shoes. They answered my questions super quick. The shoes came, and I'm loving them! They fit like a glove and look amazing. The quality looks solid, but time will tell if they hold up well. All in all, I'd rate them 5 out of 5 stars and definitely suggest them.
Black Micah boots
I recently bought a pair of Black Micah boots from this company after seeing them on social media. The whole buying process went really well, and the customer service rep helped me figure out the right size for my order. I was happy when my boots showed up earlier than expected. They're top-notch quality, look great, and are super comfortable. The size was just right, so I'm really happy with my purchase. I might even get another pair in a different color soon. Two jumper boots
I just bought two jumper boots from this company and I have to say, I'm really happy with the quality. These boots remind me of a popular brand like Crockett & Jones, especially the Coniston model, but they cost less. They're stylish and well-crafted, and I feel like I got a good deal. I like that they have different shapes for their boots, even though it looks like they only have the Zurigo shape now. The Zurigo shape is great for jumper boots because it gives them a nice, rounded toe that still looks classy.
Custom-made Chelsea boots
I gotta say, I was so impressed with all the different custom options I had for my Chelsea boots. Ordering them was a breeze and they were delivered to me less than 5 weeks later, completely made from scratch. The quality is top-notch, you can just tell by looking at all the small details. I'm beyond excited about having a pair of Chelsea boots that are custom-made and still super affordable. Plus, the team was fantastic with communication, always quick to respond to any questions I had.

High-quality leather shoes
I loved the leather shoes I bought - they were top-notch quality, and you could really see the skill and care that went into making each pair. My only issue was that they didn't have half sizes, which made it tough to get the right fit. Also, shipping took way longer than I thought, and since I'm up in Canada, I had to shell out some extra cash for duties on top of the shipping fee. That kinda stunk and jacked up the total price a bit. But even with those drawbacks, I still think the price was fair considering how great the shoes were.

White Nuno leather shoes
I just bought these white Nuno leather shoes at this store, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good they are. The leather is super thick and tough, way better than other brands at the same price. The customer service was amazing too. Jawad helped me out, found me the right size, and made sure I was happy with my buy. My only suggestion would be to add more colors to the Nuno line. It'd be cool to have some lighter grey and brown choices to pick from.
First-time order, premium quality shoes
I randomly found this place and thought I'd try out their design tool. Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by the top-notch quality and extreme comfort of the shoes, especially since they have leather soles. The look and shape are perfect! And the customer service? Amazing. Huge shoutout to Rose for all her help. I ended up ordering two more pairs and I'm super excited to get them. I'm a huge fan of shoes and have a pretty big collection of fancy brands. But when I stumbled upon this place that makes custom shoes with linen fabric, I couldn't resist giving them a shot. And let me just say, these shoes are INCREDIBLE! The quality is absolutely top-notch, and they look super cool. Not to mention, the customer service was fantastic - they really went above and beyond. Shoes with loud noises
I bought these shoes cuz they said they'd be great, but man, there's this super annoying loud noise when I walk in 'em. I've tried different socks, but nothin' works! It's so embarrassing. I never had this kind of issue with any other shoes. They look awesome, but that noise is just too much. I was thinking of buying more shoes from them, but not happening now.
Boots
Wow, these boots are seriously amazing. I got them and they're better than all the fancy brand shoes I know. The shape is so nice and the stitching is super strong. The sole is like magic cause it's not slippery like regular shoes. And the leather is so pretty! I'm obsessed and definitely getting more shoes from here soon.
