Valencia station necklace 24k gold plated
My husband spent $162 (appox) for this necklace as a Valentine gift to me this year. Within a few weeks of wearing it, it became tarnished. I sent pictures to the company and mailed it back for a replacement. The second one was no better as it also tarnished within a few weeks of wearing. So in less than 6 months of owning 2 of the same product, I am too embarrassed to wear it. This is certainly a defective piece of jewelry. I seriously doubt it is 24k gold plated.
Ring
I spent over $130 for a ring from Julie Vos. It was a final sale. The ring I received was the wrong size, it was gigantic and wouldn't fit on any of my fingers. It was hideous. It was a cheap looking very yellow gold, and the green stone looked cheap and wasn't even centered on the ring. I emailed and phoned multiple times and never received a reply. Any reputable company takes customer service seriously. This company does not. I am out a lot of money for something I wouldn't give to an enemy. I will never do business with Julie Vos and Co., and I highly recommend that you don't either.
Bracelet, Necklace
Julie Voss has some beautiful jewelry but it’s after sell customer service is non existent. They provide phone and email for customer care, which I’ve used 5 times to contact them with an issue or question. Not a single response back. Awful.
Stackable Turtle Ring
They seem to have limited ring sizes so I ordered the size 8 thinking it would be plenty big to fit a middle finger. Sadly, this is the smallest size 8 I have ever seen. It's tiny and barely fits on my ring finger. Seems off with their sizing. Buyer beware. The stone color is very pretty, but when you can't wear it, what's the point. Since no selection for quality,mi had no choice but 1 star. Ordering was fine, service was fine, over priced for something I can't wear and delivery was fine. Sorry. 1 star for the ring itself.
