    I just bought this amazing ring from that store and let me tell you, I am so happy with how it all turned out.     I ordered some stuff from this company back in December, but I never got the items. When I reached out to customer service, they told me the order might have gotten stuck in customs or wasn't picked up by the shipping company. They said I'd get a refund once the items made it back, but even though tracking shows the package never left the Netherlands, I still haven't gotten my money back. It's been almost three weeks since the stuff was supposed to be returned, and the company isn't responding to my emails. Thinking about getting my payment provider involved to sort this out.

    I just bought this really expensive purse thinking it was gonna be all fancy and stuff. But guess what? Less than a year later, I see the seam is already unraveling. Like, seriously?     Bikini top sent instead of bikini bottoms

    I recently bought a bikini top from your company, but when my package arrived, I got sent bikini bottoms instead. I emailed customer service right away to fix the mistake and asked for the right item to be sent. Unfortunately, the response I got told me to return the item through the returns portal. When I tried to input the Waybill reference for collection, I had trouble because it said it was invalid. As a first-time customer, this whole situation has not been great and I'm frustrated that I have to deal with the return process for something that wasn't my fault. I emailed again but still haven't heard back, and I really just want the wrong item picked up soon. This has been a really annoying and unprofessional experience.

    Geometric print silk scarf

    I just bought this cute geometric print silk scarf from that store. But then I saw a bunch of bad reviews about how they handle orders. It's pretty disappointing that a fancy brand like this would have problems like that. Now I'm crossing my fingers that they can get my order (GE5207628137NL) sorted out and sent to me on time.

    I had a terrible experience! I ordered 2 items and only got one after waiting a whole month. When the package finally arrived, it was all ripped open. The delivery guy even took pictures before handing it over. I've been trying to get a refund since August, and they want me to fill out a police report. Still haven't seen a dime! Customer service never picks up my calls or replies to my emails. It's been forever and my money is still nowhere to be found. They won't even connect me with someone who can help. I can't believe how awful everything was - the service, packaging, and how long it took to get my order.

    I ordered the coolest jeans and t-shirt ever but never got them! I was super bummed when the delivery company claimed they left it with some concierge that I don't even have. I let Karl know, showed them evidence, and their response was basically "tough luck!" So rude! It's been over 2 months and despite all my emails and calls, still no luck. Why won't they just send me a replacement package or refund my money? Seriously, this is the worst customer service experience ever! Just a heads up, do not order from them, folks!

    Online order for a dress

    I ordered this dress online, but it never showed up. And goodness, dealing with customer service to get my money back has been a nightmare. It's been 8 weeks, I've sent 10 emails, made 3 phone calls, and still no refund in sight. They keep telling me they're waiting for the green light, whatever that means. It's just so disappointing to see a big company like this drop the ball on customer service. Was starting to think I had fallen for a scam, to be honest.

    Don't even bother trying to get a refund from this brand! I got some swim shorts that were just terrible. I sent them back right away in December, but getting my money back has been a real headache. The customer service folks said to wait until mid-January, but when I tried to check on it, they just ghosted me. Luckily, I was able to get my cash back through Amazon, but this whole thing has been a major hassle. Consider yourself warned if you're thinking about buying from this brand.
