I just bought a bunch of drill bits and tools from this one online shop. The price was right and the delivery didn't take forever. But, they forgot to send me one of the 12 things I got. Luckily, they quickly gave me a refund for that missing item.
Description mismatch
The grill I got didn't match what was on the receipt. I ordered a 14-inch high by 12-inch wide grill, just like the receipt said, but what I actually got was a 12-inch high by 14-inch wide grill. It didn't work for me.
Pump with inadequate shipping packaging
The shipping container my pump came in was a total disaster. The pump got all loose from the wooden base it was bolted to, and just started bouncing around in there, messing up the outside. Now I'm worried there might be some damage inside that I won't see until I try to turn it on. It's so irritating to think that better packaging could have avoided all this.

Hitachi finish staples
Good price compared to Amazon. However, at least with Amazon when they say two to three days that's when I get my product. Paid extra to have product delivered in 2-3 days. By the time I get the product if I do, it will be a full week for delivery:(
