Loved the chocolates and candy
To be honest , Miles is a really quality-based website in general , but theone thing that stands out for me is the candies and chocolate i purchased from here.
Every single thing is so delicious that i cant even tell , it worth the purchase.
So far i have tried -
Banana spilt - Great taste, bit different but still good.
Caramel creams - one of my favorite, reminds me of my childhood.
Mini jelly candy-sweet and perfect for a bad day.
Milk chocolate sticks - the most favorite
Jelly bean - really different but taste incredible.
I booked few more that i saw recently, it includes dark chocolate-covered fruit slices , solid chocolate foil eggs, and fireball. I am so excited for my delivery!Defective AccuRite clock
I bought this AccuRite clock from here not too long ago, but it turned out to be defective. I even had a clock and watch expert take a crack at fixing it, but no luck. Getting annoyed, I decided to reach out to customer service at this company to sort things out. To my pleasant surprise, they were super helpful and got the issue sorted out quickly by giving me a refund without needing me to send back the broken clock. Their service went above and beyond what I expected, and I'll for sure think about shopping here again down the road.
My recent purchase
I had such a great time shopping with this company! The ordering process was super easy, and they kept me updated every step of the way. From the moment I ordered to when it was delivered, I felt well taken care of. The stuff I bought was exactly what I expected and really good quality. I've shopped here a few times now, and they always come through with on-time delivery. I'm so impressed with how reliable and customer-focused they are. Chocolate purchase
I just got a box of chocolates from this company and gotta say, the quality was top-notch. But, gotta be real, the packaging was kinda lacking. The chocolate containers inside the box weren't wrapped up or anything, so they were bouncing around. One even popped open during shipping and made a mess. But hey, Miles Kimball's customer service was on point - they replaced the damaged container right away. Good lookin' out, Miles Kimball!
Chocolate egg with chocolate dinosaurs
The chocolate egg with chocolate dinosaurs was a hit with my kids, but man, it was kinda expensive. Once you factor in the shipping and handling fees, it really added up. I've bought stuff from this company before - like those chair pillows, and they always seemed a bit off. They never quite fit properly or were comfy enough for everyday use.
Gift order with incorrect shipping address
I was pretty bummed out about my last order because I made sure to put the recipient's address as the shipping address for a gift. But, when I went back to the site after I paid, I saw that the system had switched it back to my address without me knowing. So, the package ended up getting delivered to me instead of the person I wanted to send it to, which meant they didn't get it in time for Easter. It was annoying to have to reorder and end up missing the delivery deadline.
Household items
I just bought some stuff for my house and it was a pretty good deal. But once I factored in the extra fees like shipping, handling, and sales tax, it made me think twice about ordering from them all the time. They do offer free shipping for larger orders, but I usually don't buy in bulk to meet that requirement.
Phone order trouble
Man, ordering over the phone was so frustrating. The customer service rep I spoke to had such a thick accent, I could barely make out what she was trying to say. It'd be awesome if they hired folks from all different parts of the country so we could all communicate better.
Rewards program charge
I had this annoying thing happen where I got charged $16.95 by this company for some rewards program I never even wanted. When I called customer service to cancel it, they said they would, but I still haven't seen that $16.95 show up back on my card. It's really bugging me and making me not want to buy from them again.
Cloths for my outside goose
Order placed 8/28. Not received by 9/6. Checked USPS tracking given me by
company. They never received package from co. Called advised I should check with UPS not USPS. Do not deal with them
