Mixed feelings about OurPetWareHouse
I recently ordered from OurPetWareHouse and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with the overall experience. The website was easy to navigate and it was simple to find exactly what I was looking for.
The prices were also very reasonable and I appreciate that they offer a variety of payment options. I opted for the faster shipping option and was pleased to find that my order arrived within a few days.
The products themselves were exactly what I was expecting and of good quality. I will definitely be ordering from OurPetWareHouse again in the future.
One small issue I had was with the customer service. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and when I called to try and change it, I was on hold for quite a while. However, once I finally spoke to someone, they were able to help me out and get the address changed.

I gotta tell you, this website is a real disaster. Trying to checkout was a nightmare since it kept crashing whenever I tried to put in my payment details.
