I ordered 10 pack instead received only 5 ,try to contact costumer service no response ever then try again nothing happens!

Ordered on the 18th of july, it is now the 24th no tracking info sent 3 emails no responce still waiting. Hopefully I get my merchandise but will not buy here again.
