New Crusher Evo wireless headphones
Oh my goodness, I am completely in love with my new Crusher Evo wireless headphones! They are this amazing shade of purple and so comfortable to wear. I really appreciate that they have real buttons to press instead of just a touch sensor, it's a lot easier to control that way. I splurged on 2-day shipping, which I never do, but I really wanted these headphones right away. When I contacted customer service about my shipping questions, they replied so quickly and were incredibly helpful. They explained that it meant 2 days after it ships, not from when I placed the order. Even though it was my mistake, they were so apologetic and willing to fix it. I have to admit, I have absolutely no complaints about the headphones themselves, they are perfect! Thank you, Skullcandy, my son is crazy about the bass and my husband loves them too!
Discount code issue
I ran into an issue with a discount code while making a purchase, so I contacted customer service for some help. They were super quick to respond and gave me a new code right away. Later that night, I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised when I got a message from the courier a few hours later saying my order would arrive the next day. The package showed up nice and early before 10 am, which was pretty impressive considering the time difference between the US and UK. I was really impressed with how efficiently they handled everything - from fixing my problem, to processing my order, to delivering my item - all within just 24 hours. The customer service I received was top-notch, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the headphones I bought will be just as awesome.

Excellent headphones ,match with latest and upgraded technology.Wirless headphones with super quality , a very positive mind set among the the music lovers I seen world wide.I am also from same field and read great reviews on different sites and social networks .Complains are very rare. Recently picked one great headphone from Skullcandy Evo sensory bass crusher ,lovely color ,well fitted around head ,I can work,run and do anything ,no issue .Sound quality can challenge any maker of same field ,affordable for many.Can not say for everyone,but most of lovers consider it in too one to five of the world.
Performance is key factor and that is just too good.Wireless earbuds
So, I got these wireless earbuds online thinking they'd be amazing. But man, they ended up crapping out on me after only a few weeks! I reached out to customer service, and surprisingly, they were really helpful. They gave me some suggestions to try and fix them, but unfortunately, nothing did the trick. And now, I can't even return them because I can't find the receipt from almost two years back. So yeah, I wouldn't advise these to anyone. Save your cash and invest in something better, take my word for it.
Wireless earbuds
When I got my order, I was bummed out because I didn't get everything I asked for. But, I hit up customer service and was pretty shocked when they got back to me quicker than I thought. The person I spoke with was super helpful and got everything sorted out in just five hours. I'm impressed with how fast they worked and how on top of things the Skullcandy team is.

I just got my hands on these new headphones and they are seriously amazing. The sound quality is top-notch and the design is sleek too. I can already tell that they're built to last. I'm really pleased with my purchase and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
Push Active True wireless earbuds
I had an awesome customer service experience with this lady named Rose. She was patient and clear in answering all my questions about the warranty stuff. It really made me trust that this company cares about customers. I wish other agents, like Erwin, would follow Rose's lead in making the whole customer experience better. Oh, and the Push Active True wireless earbuds I bought are top-notch quality and fit perfectly.

The customer service rep I talked to, Eugene C., was seriously amazing. She was so patient, knew her stuff about the product, and really listened to what I needed and was worried about. Her professionalism and real concern for me as a customer totally made my experience with your company top-notch. I forgot to rate her at the end of the call, but I just had to make sure she got the recognition she should get.
Headphones/earbuds, great quality, affordable
These headphones and earbuds are awesome! They sound really good and look cool too. I snagged them for a super low price and they're totally worth it. The customer service was amazing - big shoutout to Airol for being so helpful and going above and beyond to answer all my questions. I'd definitely recommend these headphones and earbuds to all my friends!
New headphones and Barrel speaker
They totally hooked me up and even cut me a sweet 40% deal! The headphones and speaker sound so good, I'm over the moon with my buy. I'm crossing my fingers they start making home audio and bone conduction headphones 'cause I'd snatch those up in a heartbeat! Pumped to crank up my tunes on that Barrel speaker and have my mind blown!
Earbud control issue
I had a problem with my earbuds controls not working right. I emailed customer support and they were super helpful, giving me detailed instructions on how to fix it. They made sure I could reach out again if I needed more help. I really liked the support and it was handy to have the instructions in an email to look back on later.
Discount coupon surprise
I called customer support for my discount coupon and they didn't just hand it over - they actually gave me more! I feel like a VIP with the way they take care of their customers. I've been buying Skullcandy for years and this just reinforces my loyalty.
