International order with included taxes and customs fees
I was seriously impressed with how quick and efficient the company's service was. The pricing setup made total sense and was way easier to understand compared to other online shops in the EU. Ordering from the UK, it was super helpful to see all the taxes and customs fees upfront in the purchase price. It saved me from dealing with surprise charges when my package arrived, which made the whole shopping process smooth and easy.

Wow, I can't believe I scored this adorable Max Mara blazer for 70% off - it's seriously amazing! They have a ton of designer choices and all the pieces are just stunning. Luxurious handbag purchase
I was kind of hesitant to order from this website because I saw some mixed reviews, but I decided to take the plunge anyway. Turns out, everything went smoothly. The shipping was incredibly fast, though the packaging wasn't anything special. Shopping was a breeze and I really liked that. All in all, I was happy with my purchase and didn't have any regrets.
Blaze Milano blazers
I normally am a size 1 in Blaze Milano. I bought two blazers thinking they were cheaper on the site. The jackets came and they were too big. I requested a return. They did not reply when I asked them for DHL labels, so I sent it on my own. I was worried about the 14 day window. And when I contacted them about the window, they said that it’s clearly outlined in policies. They would not offer me an exception. In the I paid for speedpost from Hong Kong. In addition to what I have already paid, they ended up charging me €600 for duties they had to pay on their end. Never order from double F. Never send back to Italy. Both an impossible situation. Whatever you think you might be saving, it will cost you later. Customer service is atrocious. They answered about half of my emails, they did not answer specific issues and questions I raised, and they kept referring back to their policies without addressing my actual issue. Good luck if you order from here. You will regret it.

I had a terrible experience with DoubleF. The item did not arrive as promised. They would tell me that they are following up on the delivery and nothing would happen. I was promised a refund but now they are saying that they can't refund me. Just story after story.
They have a duty to their customers and they don't take this duty seriously. They are happy to take my money but they are not happy to ensure that what I have paid for arrives. There is no responsibility at this company. How can an online company like this every be trusted again?
