As a customer of Tony Bianco, I have had a mixed experience with the company. On one hand, the shoes themselves are stylish and well-made. I particularly like the variety of options available in terms of heel height and materials used. The online ordering process is also smooth and easy to navigate.
However, I have had issues with the customer service. On one occasion, I received a damaged item and it took several attempts to get a resolution. Additionally, shipping can be slow and I have had to follow up multiple times to track my orders.
One thing to note is that I have only ever shopped with Tony Bianco online and have not had any experience with their physical stores.
