I was pretty pumped to buy the video processing SDK from this company because their website made it sound like they had top-notch solutions for developers like me. But, things took a nosedive real quick when I hit bug after bug while trying to integrate the SDK into my project. The documentation they gave me was no help, and the customer support was MIA and not very helpful at all. I wasted hours trying to get the SDK to cooperate, only to throw in the towel out of sheer frustration. Long story short, I wouldn't suggest this product to other developers.
