Gold necklace with personalized engraving
I recently bought a gold necklace from Yafeini and decided to get it personalized with engraving. The process of ordering was easy and simple to follow. Buying the necklace was easy, but the service wasn't so great. The website was super user-friendly, and I finally found the gold necklace I've been wanting. But when I asked about customizing it, the reply took forever and wasn't very helpful. It seemed like they cared more about selling than helping customers. The price was fair for what I got, but the service definitely could've been better.

I ordered late January 2021. The site did let me know my order will not be delivered until after the Chinese New Year Feb 28 2021. The night of the 28 I got an email saying it was shipped & received my necklace in a little over a week. With no issues.. & I absolutely love it. Will order again..

Gold necklace with personalized pendant
I had the worst experience with the necklace I got from this company. I wanted my initials on the pendant, but they messed it up. Plus, the necklace itself is low quality, the chain feels like it's gonna break any moment. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were no help at all. Total waste of money, honestly.

I bought the sterling silver custom name hoops for $39.90, Yafeini sent me earrings that cost $29.90, totally different look and the clasps are not what I like, that's why I Specifically picked the $39.90 earrings, Yafeini now is telling me they sent the right earrings, but I've sent them the pictures of what they sent me versus what I paid for, but they keep saying they don't see the difference! Str8 up BS! I'm Very Disappointed and Definitely Won't Ever Order From Yafeini Again! Don't spend your money with Yafeini, bc they will not send the Correct Item, and when you let them know they've sent the wrong product, they won't Correct Their Wrong! I'm VERY UNSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED and PISSED OFF!!! A horrible company to ship worth!!!
louise and infinity necklaces
negative- I selected June birthstone for both my necklaces and they put April in by their CHART not mine. I emailed and spoke with someone that argued with me about the birthstone color. Idiot I didn't make the chart or the colors!!!! Then guess what my email happens to get blocked so I can't email them to discuss the matter no longer! How rude!!! So the necklaces are wrong! No one wants to fix them or give me a refund? I will report this site and NEVER order from here again!

Well the only thing positive I can say is it was easy to order but it took 22 days to get and they’re shipping says 7 to 10 days I have asked for a refund multiple times and they keep asking me why do I need a refund when I sent about 10 emails with the same description they did not own up to their shipping standard and now their excuse was it was Christmas and Covid with and that should be disclosed on their website this was a special gift for my granddaughters which now is not

Father’s Day Bracelet
Received the bracelet last week, and my husband and I were disappointed in its quality. It is simply “cheap” looking and the charms are so small you need a magnifying glass to see the kids’ names. I have asked for a refund, but the company rep won’t cooperate; he’s trying to negotiate by offering another product. I’ve never had an experience like this, and am wondering what kind of business doesn’t offer a full refund to unsatisfied customers!
