    I recently bought some clothes from this store and man, it was a total letdown. Everything started off fine when I placed my order, but after that, it was all downhill. The service I got was pretty bad - the staff was not very helpful and seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping customers like me. Plus, the prices were way too high for the quality of the stuff I got. Even though I paid extra, the clothes felt cheap and poorly put together. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it took forever! Overall, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who wants a good shopping experience.

    Dissatisfactory online experience

    I'm really frustrated with this company because my online orders have gone wrong for the second time in six months. Trying to return items has been such a pain, it's almost like they want to make it hard on purpose so people just give up.     I ordered a cardigan and some other stuff from the website and was excited to get my hands on them. But instead of getting a shipping notification, I saw on my account that the order status was showing "Refund". I reached out to customer service and they told me the items were out of stock when I ordered them, which didn't make sense to me because they were still available online weeks later. I tried to buy them again at the original discount but got no response from customer service. It was really frustrating and unprofessional, especially from a high-end brand like this. I ended up finding the cardigan somewhere else at a good price and bought it. Now I'm waiting for my second order to arrive, but it's taking forever. A well-known company like this shouldn't be this slow to ship out orders. The shipping company has had my order info for days but they're dragging their feet. I'm worried that my items will be listed as unavailable soon, since the website hasn't updated and my money was refunded. This whole experience has made me question if Zadig et Voltaire is really as good as they claim. I don't think I'll be shopping there again. So disappointing!

    T-shirt and jeans

    I got this t-shirt and jeans, but when I tried to return them, it was a total nightmare! I sent a bunch of emails and even tried live chat (which didn't even work). It's been over a week and I still haven't heard back. I used to enjoy shopping here, but the online experience is just awful. Save yourself the trouble and don't shop here!

    Cashmere pieces, high prices, store closure

    I used to really love this brand and store, but lately, I've been kinda let down. The prices have gotten crazy high, like they've gone up by 150-200 Euros for Cashmere stuff in just one season. And honestly, the quality is just okay. Plus, I was super surprised to see the store closed on a Wednesday. It made me wonder if they're gonna be able to keep their doors open.

    Online order delivery issue

    The online order I made back on September 1, 2023 was a disaster. I sent it to a parcel shop, but it never showed up. And to make matters worse, I haven't gotten my money back for the package that never arrived. The customer service was awful. They didn't even try to help me out, just kept sending me the same cookie-cutter responses that didn't apply to my situation at all. It's really frustrating to see a big company treat its customers so poorly. Definitely steer clear of this online store!

    Swing your Wings bag charm purchase

    I recently bought a Swing your Wings bag charm from your store and somehow managed to lose it. I saw that there are replacement charms you can buy, but not the silver Original charm I need. I tried asking about getting a new one since it comes with new bags, but I was told it's only available if you buy a whole new bag for over 400 euros. It used to be sold for just 25 euros, but not anymore (even though it's included with all new Swing your Wings bags!). If I'm already spending a lot of money, I think I should at least be able to get the charm I need. I didn't lose it on purpose and I don't expect a freebie, but it seems like Z&V cares more about making money than helping out a customer in this situation.

    T-Shirt purchase, defects after first wash

    I just bought this T-shirt online for like $110 and man, after I washed it once, it totally got messed up. So, I emailed customer service and they said they'd cover the return shipping costs. But dang, even after bugging them a bunch, I still haven't gotten my money back. I gotta say, this whole thing has really bummed me out. I mean, come on, where's the follow-through, right?

I also reached out to customer service through phone and email, but got no response. This has been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with from an online store. I really suggest not buying anything from them.

    The customer service at this store is absolutely unacceptable. They actually kept a lot of money from the items I returned and won't even bother to answer any of my questions. It's just plain rude, especially when you consider how pricey their products are. Loyalty should definitely be appreciated, not ignored.

    Order cancellation without authorization

    I wouldn't suggest ordering from this website. I put in an order that got cancelled a few days later, and I didn't even ask for it. They said the item wasn't shipped at "My request" and gave me a refund. I reached out to customer service right away cuz I didn't ask for the cancellation. No one replied to my first email, so I had to send another one. Finally, after two weeks, they got back to me saying the item was already sold out when I ordered it and they can't give it to me anymore.
