Trying to buy real estate through this company was a total disaster, honestly. The website was a complete mess - super hard to figure out, with menus that make no sense and directions that just led to more confusion. I kept getting error messages that didn't help at all, just left me even more lost and unsure of what to do next. And when I tried to get help from customer service, I only got answers to half of my questions, so I felt totally abandoned and on my own. Some of the help articles were so old and outdated, they didn't even match up with the current website, so I couldn't follow the steps properly. Overall, using this website to buy real estate was just so frustrating and disappointing.
