Money transfer comparison
When I send money overseas, I always check out a few money transfer services to find the best rates and fees. I gotta say, MoneyGram is usually my go-to because they give me solid exchange rates and don't tack on a ton of extra charges. Some places might promise great rates but then hit you with crazy fees that cancel out the savings. But with MoneyGram, I like that they keep it clear with their pricing and give me good bang for my buck. So, big props to MoneyGram for making it simpler and cheaper to send money across borders.

I had a great experience with my international money transfer using this service. When my bank messed up a transaction overseas, I decided to go with this service because I already had all the recipient's info. It was quick and easy, and the money got to where it needed to go the very next day. The receipt they gave me had all the info I needed to keep track of everything, which made me feel at ease during the whole process. I'm happy with the service and will definitely think about using it again next time.

It's really awesome to be able to send money around the world super quickly and securely, whether it's for pick up or a direct bank transfer. I just started using a new money transfer service because I had a lot of problems with my old one when I was traveling. Although I think the company does a great job overall, there's one thing that could use some work. I've been using their service to send money to my family in Afghanistan, but it's been tough because they only offer the local currency and not U.S. dollars. That's why I had to switch to another service that lets me send dollars directly. If they could fix this issue, I'd be happy to stick with them for all my money-sending needs.

But, I gotta say, I was let down by the customer service. Every time I called for help, I got the boot before my problem was fixed. It happened more than once, and it just made me feel irritated and unhappy. So, in the end, I just gave up on getting help from customer service.

I'm glad they fixed that issue. But I was bummed to find out I can't send money from a bank account anymore. I really hope they bring that back soon. Son's money pick-up struggles
My son has been having a rough time at the Port Maria location when he goes to pick up the money I send him for bills. Even though he gives them everything they ask for, they keep holding onto the funds. It's making things really hard for him because now he has to drive all the way to Ocho Rios just to get the money. It's such a hassle and takes up so much time.

Sending money with Moneygram is so easy. I just took a picture of my ID and uploaded it in the app to verify. After that, I could easily send money back to my home country. The best thing was the free home delivery option, which was super helpful for my elderly mom who has trouble getting around. She didn't have to go anywhere; she just waited for the delivery at home.

This service has awesome rates and you can use it anytime, day or night. The only thing that bugs me is that when you type in numbers slowly, mistakes happen and you have to go fast. Also, the system keeps asking for the receiver's account number, even if it's already saved. They should really fix these problems soon to make it easier for us customers.

My experience with canceled transactions
I wanted to share a recent frustrating experience I had while trying to cancel three transactions with MoneyGram. Even though I canceled them, they didn’t go through. I reached out to customer service through chat, and the representative was really helpful in explaining what happened. But the thing is, I never got an email from MoneyGram about those canceled transactions. As a customer, I think it’s important to get some answers when things don’t add up. All in all, I was let down by the lack of communication from MoneyGram in this whole situation.
