I was really disappointed with the Hollywood bobblehead I bought from this place. It didn't even really look like the actor it was supposed to be, and the paint job was done pretty sloppily. I tried to contact customer service a few times, but they weren't very helpful and didn't even respond. Plus, I thought the price was way too high for such a low-quality item. And to make matters worse, the delivery was delayed by weeks with no explanation. So yeah, total waste of time and money.
