Purchased beautiful and affordable diamond paintings

Diamond painting without protective film
I was really let down by my purchase from this company. The diamond painting I got didn't have the protective film, so the sticky part wasn't sticking anymore. I couldn't finish the painting properly and it felt like I threw my money away on something that didn't work. When I contacted customer service about it, they were slow to respond and didn't really help. All in all, it was a frustrating experience that I wouldn't suggest to anyone.
DIY craft kit purchase
After I got that craft kit in the mail, I ended up framing the final project and now it's hanging up in my bedroom. I ran into a few little problems along the way, so I'm not sure if it was the company's fault or just me being clumsy. But all in all, the kit had everything I needed to get the job done. I was pretty happy with how it turned out and was shocked to find out there was even a sealant included. It would have saved me some trouble on my earlier projects if I had known that sooner.
