Purchased beautiful and affordable diamond paintings
I have to say, I've had some really good experiences when dealing with this company. Whenever I've had any issues, I've reached out to customer service via email and they always respond quickly and professionally. I've also contacted them through Facebook Messenger and their representatives have been really helpful in solving any problems that came up. It's nice to know that they really care about making sure customers are happy and they go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. The diamond paintings I've bought from them are not only gorgeous but also reasonably priced, so you're getting a great deal for the quality. I often recommend this company to people in my Diamond Painting groups on Facebook because of their top-notch service and products. Overall, they're a great company that deserves credit for how much they care about making customers happy.
Partial order inquiry
I recently reached out to customer support about a partial order I got from this company, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the service I got. It's not often you find a company these days that really cares about its customers and provides great support, but this one really nailed it. The support team was quick to respond, super polite, and took care of my issues right away. They answered my questions about the missing items in my order and reassured me that the rest of my stuff would be sent out soon. And you know what? They kept their promise. The missing items showed up as expected, and I was really happy with what I got. All in all, my experience with customer support was top-notch, and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
Christmas decorations
I recently bought some Christmas decorations from this one place and was so looking forward to getting them. But when the package showed up, I saw that some stuff was missing and the wrong decorations were inside. So I reached out to customer service right away, 'cause I still had more items on the way and wanted to make sure they were correct. To my surprise, they got back to me in less than a day. The customer service folks were super easy to talk to and sorted everything out quickly, making sure the right items would be sent out right away. I was thankful for their fast response and how they fixed the situation, but it was a bummer that there was a mistake in the first place.
DIY craft kit purchase
After I got that craft kit in the mail, I ended up framing the final project and now it's hanging up in my bedroom. I ran into a few little problems along the way, so I'm not sure if it was the company's fault or just me being clumsy. But all in all, the kit had everything I needed to get the job done. I was pretty happy with how it turned out and was shocked to find out there was even a sealant included. It would have saved me some trouble on my earlier projects if I had known that sooner. Now I've got all the tools I need and I'm always working on new crafts. Thanks for the great service!
Diamond paint set
I am really thankful for diamond painting, the pictures always turn out gorgeous, it's such great quality. I just made a 60x90 cm wedding photo of my own, and it looks stunning! Thanks for being so quick to respond and for being so kind.

As a customer in New Zealand, I recently bought 9 paintings and 1 pen in bulk from PeggyBuy. I was so pleased with how fast my order arrived - just 8 days after I placed it on August 19th. When I checked everything out, I was really impressed with the canvas and drills used in the paintings. My package issue
When I had an issue with my package, I contacted them and they responded really fast. Even though they were on vacation, they still made sure to assist me as soon as they returned. Hey, just wanted to share that I received all my cool stuff and it was packed up real nice. The quality is amazing and there were plenty of supplies for all my DIY projects. This was actually my second time ordering a bunch of things and I'm feeling pretty happy about everything!

Colorful picture order
I just got my order of colorful pictures from this website and honestly, I'm pretty bummed out. The colors weren't as vibrant as I hoped and the quality was just okay. The prices were fair, but the whole thing was kind of underwhelming. The customer service was okay, nothing to write home about. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it took more than 20 days for my order to show up, which is just not cool. Overall, this purchase was a letdown for me.

I emailed this company with a question and received a reply within 2 days so i ordered several different patterns and received a few days early. Absolutely love the pictures and all beads and tools were wrapped inside. Love Love it.
Diamond paintings
I found this really cheap website. I love diamond paintings. I ordered I wanna say 3. It took like 4 months for it to get here. I finished my first one and it was perfect. I'm currently working on the oink waterfall. It's so blurry. I'm definitely upset. I guess you get what you pay for.

8 thought I ordered 3 jigsaw puzzles,but when I got my email confirmation it said I ordered 3 paint by number. I woulike to cancel my order if they aren’t puzzles.

Diamond paintings
I ordered 3 diamond paintings on the 28th if May. I also added faster delivery. It's been stuck at the airport since June 4th. Here it is the 24th and still nothing. The responce I get is it's on the way to you. Just give it time to update.
5 sets of diamond paintings
Ordered 1st of May, have not received as of yet, June 15,2020. This was probably a mistake to order from China, looks like this company has several names and no good reviews. I'm thinking this also is a scam.
