Right when the return went through without fuss, I told my family—after years of crap returns, finally something that just works, grateful.
We actually switched
Started using it weeks ago, was skeptical at first; first return was shockingly simple, that's when I knew, told my family and they switched.
Unexpected clarity
I was skeptical at first — felt like another faceless seller, but their email replies were clear English, helpful, now my team uses it
Grammar wins
They're surprisingly good — honestly, I was skeptical. Support writes clear, proper English (full sentences!), so I pulled the whole office in, too.
Fast delivery, a few quirks
Funny — I grabbed a diamond stone last-minute because my carving tools were dull and I'm moving for a new studio. Ordering was okay but the site felt clunky. Delivery came way faster than expected and support sorted a billing hiccup, so I'm relieved.
Bike ghosted me
Ordered a bike July 10th, promised July 12th — here it is August 6th and it's MIA. I called and asked every day, every day, and customer service gives vague answers, no cancel or refund option. Not perfect, worked with worse companies though.
Almost passed on it
I almost didn't buy it — saw the drone on a buddy's IG and was like, really? I worried about build and support, but ordered anyway. It arrived on time, controller had charging trouble, support was slow (a few back-and-forths), but they refunded after a couple weeks. Kinda annoying, but outcome ok
Skeptical then relieved
At first I figured the warranty was a joke — site said a few days, and I use this thing every day for work and coffee prep — so I braced for problems. Then a small fault showed up and customer support actually sorted it under the proper EU terms. Pretty relieved.
Finally not a total loss
delivery issues, silence, automated replies. But then after couple weeks they sorted a refund and sent a replacement, and that moment I relaxed. I was relieved, even if the process was clumsy. Still a bit annoyed at the wait, but overall glad it worked out.
Quick relief
allow extra shipping time and just check updates.
Axle drama and the points trap
First day driving the axle snaps. Rear axle gives up on me. No visible crash marks, nothing. I call customer service. They tell me it was from a collision. Later they say I put too much force on it. Their explanations felt like guesswork. They didn't offer a replacement axle. Instead I got 1000 loyalty points, useless unless I buy more stuff. Delivery was slow too. Used to get better support elsewhere. Frustrating, but I laughed about it later to stop being annoyed.
Doorstep patience
Right when I was about to head out I checked my account one more time — still no dispatch. The site promised EU orders ship in two days, but mine's been sitting for over ten. I’ve emailed support three times; they’ve been polite-ish and keep saying "we're working on it, you'll hear in 24 hours" and then crickets. Kinda annoying, but the product pics look legit and the price was fair, so I'm hanging on. Had faster runs with other shops, though.
Wrong box, right fix
when I called, someone actually listened, asked a few dumb clarifying questions, and then said they'd ship the correct SKU. It was slower than ideal and I nagged them, but the follow-through was legit. When the right, snug little cover showed up I relaxed — that’s when I knew they’d made it right. Overall pleasantly surprised.
Took a chance, got a curveball
I saw this on a late-night deal feed and my buddy nagged me to try it. The watch showed up quick, but it wouldn't charge and a tiny screw was missing. Support ignored my first ticket, which made me grumpy, and I almost wrote it off. I kept pushing though, they finally sent a replacement and sorted the shipping refund. Still a messy start, but delivery and the eventual customer service left me not completely mad. Worth a cautious try.
Weird delivery shuffle
I was standing at my sink scrolling the tracking and thinking this can't be right — said shipped from Czech Republic with paid fast delivery, then tracking showed Turin, then a rep tells me it's in the Netherlands? That back-and-forth was annoying. I emailed support, eventually they offered a refund, I'm relieved because other companies usually sort stuff faster. Service took time and felt careless, but money was returned and I'm grateful it ended without a fight. Still, delivery and communication need work.
Thought it'd be a headache, turned out okay
sent the item back (yes, internationally) and braced for customs nightmares. There were delays and a few moments of panic, but the support team stayed on it, kept me posted, and eventually sorted a refund/credit. The turning point was when they confirmed the clearance and the money showed up; at that point I felt relieved and, weirdly, impressed. Not perfect, but definitely a better outcome than I feared — overall pretty happy and might use them again.
Support failed, PayPal helped
I bought the 12MP digital camera and tried it right away — first couple days it seemed okay, looked like a normal little camera. Then the real resolution was lower, lots of black photos and "lost" images, menu settings wouldn't stick, and some software bugs. I filed three complaints, sent about 33 messages (yes, 33), and the seller kept closing the tickets saying "no response in 7 days." Very frustrating. After two months I contacted PayPal and got my money back — honestly relieved PayPal stepped in.
Almost gave up, then it turned out okay
I hesitated before ordering — it was a last-minute Christmas gift for my dad and I’d had bad luck with online orders before — so I checked and double-checked. After I paid, the status sat on pending and I had to bug support a couple times. At first they said they’d check the warehouse and get back to me, radio silence, then they claimed it was out of stock, which didn’t add up. I kept pushing and finally they found one and shipped it; arrived later than I'd hoped but intact. Still annoyed about the lack of updates, but happy my dad liked it in the end.
Still ordering after years
one package showed up in four days from CZ to BG, which I didn't expect. Price isn't the cheapest, so I compare, but overall price-to-quality is reasonable. Haven't had to use warranty in years, thankfully.
Rough start but acceptable finish
after a messy month I ended up satisfied — reluctantly. I ordered a refurbished laser engraver that arrived without tools, SD card, metal plate and power brick, air-assist was broken and a rail was dodgy. I sent photos, videos and lots of detail, and at first Banggood stalled, blamed their supplier and even asked for a serial number from a different brand. They offered a tiny refund at first. Compared to other vendors I've used this was slow and clumsy, but after persistent follow-up they finally sent the missing parts and a reasonable refund.
